我們會在你們處於開放狀態時，尋找協助你們的契機。當你更多地處於自身的『神聖陰性本質』（Divine Feminine essence）中時，你便更有能力接收來自我們這類存在所傳遞的一切。當然，當你跌落谷底或面臨極具挑戰性的關卡時，你會發出大量的請求；但你大部分的『接收』，都是在放鬆或是做某些能讓你處於較高頻率狀態的事情時發生的。我們專門尋找那些時刻，因為我們知道，當你在物質現實中看到一個跡象、符號或共時性時，你更有可能從中受益，也更有可能將我們置入你現實中的事物與我們連結起來。
你需要『挑戰』來促使你發出請求，同時也需要『喜悅的時刻』來讓你進行接收。兩者皆極具價值，甚至可以說它們同等重要。因此，即便你已經覺醒，也不要為生活中依然面臨挑戰這件事而感到沮喪。切莫有一絲一毫『自己應該要表現得更好』的想法，也絕不要以為終有一天你能從『面對挑戰』這件事中『畢業』——你那更廣大的自我（而且永遠都會有一個更廣大的自我存在）將挑戰視為帶來指數級成長的契機。而你永遠都會渴望獲得更多、更新、更不同的事物。你完全有能力處理目前現實中所面臨的一切，包括那些你描述為挑戰或不被期望的種種境遇。
位於更高次元的我們，非常有能力協助你面對任何難關；當然，即便你自己還無法接納那些挑戰，我們也會去擁抱它們。因此，當你召喚一位揚升大師或大天使時，你的注意力往往會聚焦在我們身上。因為你將我們與『全能的存在』或至少是『更高頻率的存在』連結在一起，你便能將自己校準於足夠長的時間中，進而接收到你所請求的一切。之後你很可能會感謝我們，並認為是因為我們如此慈悲、如此慷慨，你才得以獲得你所求之物。
但請記住，你永遠是透過自己的校準與對齊，才接收到那正走向你的協助。如果你正在尋找你所渴望的協助，並且意識到自己在尋找時正處於較低頻的狀態，那麼只需閉上雙眼，做三次深呼吸，給自己一個機會去連結那些一直以來從更高次元源源不絕賦予你的禮物。

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.
We are helping you from the twelfth dimension, as The Creators pointed out, and we do have an ability to influence you, to guide you, to nudge you, just as your spirit guides do. The physical and nonphysical realms are not so distant from one another that this is a challenging endeavor for us. When I use the plural pronouns, I am of course referring to the other ascended masters that are my colleagues in this realm. We work together, and we can work individually because we have that ability in our dimension.
What I would like for you all to recognize is that you need the nonphysical dimensions in order to have a physical dimension. We do not need the existence of a physical dimension in order for us to have our experiences, however. But nevertheless, we are intricately woven together in our realities, and we see helping you as helping ourselves. We do not need any type of motivation in order to help you, however, and that is because we are compassionate and unconditionally-loving beings. There is an innate desire to be of service amongst all of the ascended masters.
We look for those opportunities to assist you when you are in a state of being that is open. When you are in more of your Divine Feminine essence, you are more capable of receiving what is coming from the likes of us. You do a lot of asking, of course, when you have hit rock bottom or when you are facing particularly challenging challenges. You do the majority of your receiving when you are relaxing or doing something that puts you in a higher-vibrational state. We look for those moments because we know that when you see a sign, a symbol, or a synchronicity in your physical realm, you are more likely to benefit from it. You are more likely to make the connection to what we are dropping into your reality for you.
You need both the challenges to get you to ask and the moments of joy to get you to receive. They are both valuable, and you might say that they are equally valuable. So do not lament the fact that you still face challenges in your lives, even though you are awake. Do not think for a minute that you should be doing better than you are, and do not assume ever that you will someday graduate from having to face challenges the larger part of you, and there will always be a larger part of you, sees the challenge as bringing about exponential growth. And you will always be asking for something more, something new, something different. You are very capable of handling everything that is in your reality right now and that you would describe as a challenge or an unwanted set of circumstances.
We in the higher realms are very capable of helping you with whatever you are facing, and we of course, embrace those challenges even when you don’t. Therefore, when you call upon an ascended master, or an archangel, you tend to focus on us, and because you associate us with all-powerful beings, or at least higher-vibrational ones, you can align yourself for a long enough moment of time to then receive what it is that you have asked for, and you will likely thank us and think that it is because we are so benevolent and so generous that you received what it was you were asking for.
But it is always through your alignment that you receive the help that is coming to you. If you look for the help that you seek, and know that you are in a lower-vibrational state while you are doing the looking, then just close your eyes and take three deep breaths, so that you can give yourselves a chance of accessing what it is that is always being given from the higher realms.
