我們知道，你們正在以一切所需的方式向前邁進，即使這對你個人或對全人類而言，看起來似乎並非如此。我們知道，從你們過去所處的狀態中提升，其中一個過程就是放下那些不再為你們服務（不再適合你們）的事物；我們也知道，你們正看著這些不再為你們服務的事物浮現到表面，為的是被看見、被擁抱、被寬恕、被療癒，並最終被釋放。
那麼，你為什麼會想要去擁抱一些不再為你服務的事物呢？你擁抱它，是因為它是『萬物（All That Is）』的一部分，它是『源頭（Source）』的一部分。基於完全相同的理由，你可以擁抱自己所有的面向。基於完全相同的理由，你可以擁抱你所有的家人。基於相同的理由，你可以擁抱所有的名人、所有的億萬富翁、所有的政治人物。所有人都是『源頭能量』的受造物，因此也都是其面向。而抗拒、譴責、評判，你得到的只會是更多相同的事情。
但如果你去擁抱，如果你明白這一切的存在都有其原因，那麼你就能放下它。你可以意識到，這正以某種方式為你服務，而你的任務，就是去弄清楚：在你的生命中出現這個人、自我的這個面向、或這位政治人物，到底是如何在為你服務。只有覺醒的人，才具備足夠的覺察力來進行這種自我檢視。如果你願意進行這樣的自我檢視，你很可能會得到一些答案。透過這樣的工作，你很可能能夠更深入地理解自己和全人類。
現在，你們許多人已經非常擅長識別自己『不想要』什麼了。你見過它、體驗過它、品嚐過它、聞過它，或以某種方式吸收過它，而現在你已經準備好說：『這不合我的心意。』但你對它必須要做得更多。任何存在的事物，都有權利以它原本的模樣存在，但它不一定非得成為你現實的一部分。當你決定某件事物或某個人可以存在，卻同時不需要成為你現實的一部分時，你就獲得了力量。
那時，你就是以『源頭能量』的狀態在運作。源頭能量是包容一切的。源頭能量絕不會抹殺自身的任何一部分，它也不需要這麼做；源頭能量明白，你在那裡是為了在經驗中理解並知曉——你與源頭是一體的。此時此刻，與一切事物的現狀達成和解，是你們正在做的重要工作之一。接著，就是關於選擇將你的焦點放在哪裡。
如果你繼續把焦點放在你『不想要』的事物上，和/或保護自己免受你不想要的事物傷害，那麼你還沒有完全到位。當你意識到，你不想要的事物讓你更清晰地明白自己『想要』什麼時，你就可以朝向自己想要的事物前進，並繼續專注於你想要的事物。你可以多談論你想要的事物。你可以採取行動去活出更多你想要的人生，這樣一來，你就再次獲得了力量。
但你不可能從存在中消除『萬物』的任何一部分。你只能透過放下『認為它對你有支配力』的觀念，來放手讓它離去。它對你並沒有力量。但如果你繼續選擇某個事物，那麼你就是選擇用你自己的力量，去賦予它對你的支配感。因此，這就是為什麼一切都必須浮現的原因。這並不是因為你們走向了錯誤的方向或在倒退。這也不是因為你們沒有在揚升。這是因為你們所有人都已經準備好做這類的工作了，而這是非常重要的工作。這就是你們生來要做的工作。

This Is What You Were Born to Do…So Do It…Now ∞The Creators
“We are The Creators, who are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help.
We know that you are moving forward in all the ways that you need to, even if it doesn’t appear to be the case for you as an individual or for humanity as a whole. We know that part of the process of rising up from where you have been is letting go of what has not been serving you, and we know that you are seeing what has not been serving you rising up to the surface to be seen, to be embraced, to be forgiven, to be healed, and to ultimately be released.
Now, why would you want to embrace something that is not serving you? You embrace it because it’s a part of all that is; it’s a part of Source. You can embrace all aspects of yourselves for that very same reason. You can embrace all of your family members for that very same reason. You can embrace all famous people, all billionaires, all politicians for the same reason. All are creations of, and therefore aspects of, Source Energy. And resisting, condemning, judging, all you get is more of the same.
But if you embrace, if you see that all of this exists for a reason, then you can let it go. You can recognize that this is serving you in some way, and that it is your job to figure out how it is serving you to have this person, or this aspect of self, or this politician in your life. It is the awakened person who is aware enough to do that kind of self-examination. If you are willing to do that kind of self-examination, you are likely to get some answers. You are likely to be able to understand yourself and humanity better by doing that kind of work.
Now, many of you have gotten quite good at identifying what you do not want. You have seen it, you have experienced it, you have tasted it, smelled it, imbibed it in some way, and now you are ready to say, ‘This is not to my liking.’ But you have to do more than that with it. Everything that exists has a right to exist exactly as it exists, but it does not have to be a part of your reality. And when you decide that something can exist, or someone, and still not have to be a part of your reality, then you are empowered.
Then you are operating as Source Energy. Source energy is all-inclusive. Source Energy does not ever snuff any part of itself out, nor does it have to, and Source Energy understands that you are there to understand and know experientially that you are one with Source. Now, the work of making peace with everything as it is, is a big part of the work that you’re doing right now. And then, it is about choosing where to put your focus.
If you continue to put your focus on what you do not want, and/or protecting yourself from what you do not want, then you’re not quite there yet. When you realize that what you do not want has made you clearer about what you do want, then you can move towards what you do want and continue to focus on what you do want. You can talk more about what you do want. You can take actions towards living more of what you do want, and then again, you are empowered.
But you are not going to eliminate from existence any part of All-That-Is. You can just let it go by letting go of your perceived idea of it having power over you. It doesn’t. But if you continue to choose something, then you are choosing to use your power to give something that perception of it having power over you. So, this is why everything has to come up. It’s not because you are moving in the wrong direction or regressing. It’s not because you are not ascending. It’s because all of you are ready to do this kind of work, and it is very important work. It is the work that you were born to do.
