我們知道你們擁有各式各樣的渴望，而你們往往會根據社會對於『應該參與和不該參與什麼』的標準，來評判自己的渴望。我們也知道，批判會降低你們的振動頻率。如果你們將自己的渴望評判為壞的、或者不夠靈性的，你們就會陷入那種較低的振動狀態，進而反而被那種你認為對自己有害的渴望產生更強烈的吸引力。這並不一定是因為該渴望本身屬於低頻率，而是因為你相信它是，隨後你透過批判降低了自己的頻率，導致你很可能會去涉足它，接著又對自己進行更多的評判。
這就是你們養成所謂『壞習慣』的其中一種方式。然而，如果你們能夠體認到，別人對你所渴望之物的評判對你而言毫無意義，那麼你就能對該渴望擁有純粹的體驗、參與其中、感覺良好，並且不會再以任何強迫性的方式反覆對它產生著迷。換句話說，如果你將一切視為平等，你就能純粹根據自己在任何特定當下的感受，來選擇自己想做的事。
而這才是與你的渴望建立的健康關係。這對你與自己建立的關係而言，同樣也是健康的。當你意識到無論你打算做什麼，外在總會有人不贊同它時，最終你就能明白，你不需要任何人的允許才能以自己想要的方式參與你的生活。同時，當談到別人的所作所為、所思所想、一言一行或所信奉的信念時，你也同樣有能力放下批判。
事實上，你們許多人完全是基於他人的信念來對那個人做出定論。我們邀請你們記住：信念是來來去去的。信念就像衣服，你穿上它們一段時間，有時你長大了不再適合它們，或者你只是覺得它們不舒服、不合身、或者穿在身上不好看，於是你就放下了它們。
因此，這意味著你不需要根據他人在個人生命旅程中所處的位置，去評判任何一個人。如果你放下了對他們的評判，那麼你就很可能會放下對自己的評判；而當你不再覺得有必要評判自己時，你就能與你的渴望、以及你對這些渴望的參與建立起健康的關係。請永遠記住，源頭能量（Source Energy）在創造萬物時是不帶任何評判的。源頭能量並沒有對祂自己說：『我將創造這些體驗的機會，而它們將被歸類為任何人都不得涉足的誘惑。』
源頭能量將一切視為中性，並且深知體驗受造萬物中一切事物的價值。因此，你是否參與某件事完全取決於你自己，而不取決於任何人、或是任何人對於上帝如何看待此事的想法。是時候放下這一切，將自己從社會的評判中釋放出來了。釋放你們自己，做你們自己，去做那些能點亮你的事；並且要知道，你擁有我們、以及你自己的高我和超靈的允許去這麼做。

You Have Our Permission ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We know that you have all kinds of desires and that you judge your own desires based on society’s standards for what you should and should not partake in. We also know that judgment will lower your vibration, and if you are judging your desires as bad or less than spiritual, you will drop into that lower vibrational state and therefore be even more attracted to the desire that you think of as being bad for you. It isn’t necessarily that the desire is of a lower vibration, but because you believe it is and then you lower your vibration through the judgment, you are likely to partake in it and then judge yourself some more.
This is one way in which you develop a so-called bad habit. However, if you are able to recognize that someone else’s judgment of what it is that you desire does not need to mean anything to you, then you can have a pure experience of that desire, partake in it, feel good about it, and not continue to feel attracted to it over and over again in any sort of compulsive way. In other words, if you see everything as being equal, then you choose what you want to do based on how you feel in any given moment.
And that is a healthy relationship to have with your desires. It is a healthy relationship for you to have with yourself as well. When you realize that no matter what it is that you are thinking of doing, that there is someone out there who would disapprove of it, then eventually you can understand that you don’t need anyone else’s permission to participate in your life the way that you want to. And you also have the capacity to let go of judgment when it comes to what someone else is doing or thinking or saying or believing in.
The truth is that many of you make decisions about other people based entirely on their beliefs, and we invite you to remember that beliefs come and go. Beliefs are like clothing. You try them on for a while, and sometimes you outgrow them, or you just decide that they are uncomfortable, or don’t fit right, or don’t look right on you, and so you let them go.
And so, what that means is you don’t have to judge anyone else based on where they are in regards to their own personal journey in life. And if you let go of your judgment of them, then you are likely to let go of your judgment of self, and if you don’t feel the need to judge yourself, you can have a healthy relationship to your desires and to your participation in those desires. Remember, always, that Source Energy created everything without judgment. Source Energy did not say to Him/Her/Itself, ‘I will create these opportunities for experience and they will be under the category of temptations that no one is supposed to engage in.’
Source Energy saw it all as neutral and knows the value in experiencing everything in creation. And therefore, it is entirely up to you whether you partake in something or not, and it is not up to anyone else or anyone else’s idea of what God thinks about that. It’s time to let all of that go and to free yourselves of society’s judgments. Free yourselves, and be yourselves, and do what it is that lights you up and know that you have our permission and the permission of your very own higher selves and oversouls to do so.
