你們永遠不會覺得自己的進度已經達到了『應有』的水準，而之所以會有這種感覺，是因為你們對自己抱持著極高的標準。通常，當我們在私下的一對一諮詢中與你們交談時，你們總會表達出覺得自己應該要做得更多，或者覺得自己到現在應該要開啟更多靈性天賦。當然，許多人看著外在的世界，會認為必須做更多的事情才能幫助改變這個世界；確實，未來會有更多透過『身體力行』的行動，來讓你們居住的世界變得更美好。
然而，你們誕生於這個現實之中，戴上了遺忘的面紗，且深知自己轉世的世界與時代會充斥著大量的負能量。你們預見了會有許多負面的思想體、限制性的信念，以及來自同類的壓迫。儘管如此，你們依然選擇轉世到那裡，因為你們渴望成為解決方案的一份子。帶著這份在當下轉世到地球的意圖，意味著你們總是會指望自己成為那個答案、那位療癒者，或是資訊的提供者。
正因如此，你們往往對自己非常嚴苛。因為那份出生前的意圖，你們更容易覺得自己做得不夠，而不是認為自己的貢獻此刻正完美。你們那種想要做得更多、幫助更多、改變更多的動力，源自於轉世前設定的意圖；但由於你們現在是如此地覺醒與覺知，你們現在就有能力『放過自己』。你們有能力開啟新的自我對話，有能力讚美自己、肯定自己，並將世界的重擔從自己的肩膀上卸下。
我們建議你們這樣做，是因為我們希望你們感受到喜悅、感受到對齊（Alignment），並處於更高的振動頻率中。我們也深知，當你處於高頻狀態時，你更有可能為同胞提供更大的服務，也更有可能開啟更多你的天賦與能力。反之，如果你是從『覺得自己不夠好』或『做得不夠多』的出發點去做事，就不太可能達成這些目標。那些並非高頻的思想與信念，現在是時候讓你們認清它們，以便過上充滿喜悅與服務的生活。
你看，喜悅與服務是相輔相成的。你可以透過喜悅來達成服務，正如你可以透過服務來獲得喜悅。你不必對自己如此嚴苛。請相信我們，全宇宙中沒有人比你對自己更嚴苛了，那裡不存在審判。所以，請停止審判自己不夠好或做得不夠多，這樣你才能享受餘下的揚升旅程。現在，正是更多光之工作者去實踐這點的時候了。

It’s Time for Lightworkers to Do More of This ∞The Creators
“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
You are not ever going to feel that you are as far along as you should be, and the reason you will never feel that way is because of the very high standards you have for yourselves. Typically, when we talk to you in private one-on-one sessions, you expressed to us that you feel that you should be doing more or that you should have accessed more of your spiritual gifts by now. Of course, many people look around at the world outside of them and think that there must be a lot more to do in order to help change that world, and it is true that a lot more will be done through physical action to make the world you are living in a better place.
However, you were born into this reality. You took on the veil of forgetfulness, and you knew you were incarnating onto a world and at a time when there would be a lot of negative energy. You knew that there would be a lot of negative thought forms, limiting beliefs, and oppression by other humans. And you chose to incarnate there anyway because you wanted to be a part of the solution. Having that intention for incarnating on planet Earth at this time means that you would always be looking to yourself to be the answer, to be the healer, to be the provider of the information.
And because of that, you often are very hard on yourselves. You are, because of that pre birth intention, more likely to think that you’re not doing enough then you are to think that your contribution is just perfect as it is. You have that drive to do more, to help more, to change more because of an intention that you set prior to incarnating, but you have the ability right now, because you are so awake and aware, to let yourselves off the hook. You have the ability to engage in new self talk. You have the ability to praise yourself, to acknowledge yourself, and to take the weight of the world off of your very own shoulders.
And we recommend that you do these things because we want you to feel joy, we want you to feel alignment, and we want you to be in a higher vibration, and we also know that when you are in a higher-vibrational state, you are then more likely to be of greater service to your fellow humans. You are then more likely to access more of your gifts and abilities. You are less likely to do so from a place of feeling not good enough, from a place of thinking that you’re not doing enough. Those are not higher-vibrational thoughts and beliefs, and it’s time for you all to recognize them so that you can live lives of joy and service.
You see the two do go hand in hand. And you can get to service through joy just as you can get to joy through service. You don’t have to be so hard on yourselves, and trust us when we tell you that no one else in the universe is being as hard on you as you are on yourself. There is no judgment. So please stop judging yourselves as not being good enough and not having done enough so that you can enjoy the rest of the journey of your ascension. It’s about time for more of you lightworkers to do just that.
