Come closer for a moment. Feel the softness of your own presence. There is a quiet current within you that always knows how to restore, how to replenish, how to bring you back into a state of ease and quiet vitality.
Tiredness appears when your attention drifts away from your own field and begins to scatter into the many layers of the outer world. Your energy follows your attention, and so when your awareness moves outward, your life force stretches and thins.
Now feel this: as your attention returns inward, gently resting within your body, within your breath, within your own subtle field, your energy gathers. It becomes whole again. It becomes luminous, steady, and alive.
Your body is not simply physical. It is a field of intelligence, a flowing system of light and sensation. When you place your awareness within this field, especially around your heart, your solar plexus, your spine, you begin to nourish yourself directly from within. Energy begins to circulate naturally. Expansion happens without effort.
You are able to live in this state even while moving through your day.
As you walk, feel the soles of your feet meeting the Earth.
As you speak, feel the gentle movement of your breath in your chest.
