我們持續對人類感到驚奇。我們非常確定，你們都已準備好更深入、且更有意識地參與這場意識轉變。我們知道，在這一生的大部分時間裡，你覺得自己彷彿走在一條出生前就設定好的道路上；我們也知道，你們之中即便不是全部，也有絕大多數人覺得，對於這條路徑上的內容、以及生命中接下來會經歷什麼，自己現在並沒有發言權。然而，既然你已經來到靈魂進化的這個階段，你正被賦予更多的自由，去親自創造那條通往第五維度的藍圖。
你不應該只是活出一段預設好的經驗並對其做出反應。你來到那裡，也是為了成為『創造者』。就像在你的人類生活中，當你到了一定年齡，你就可以開車、投票，如果你想的話還可以喝酒；同樣地，作為靈性存有，當你達到進化的某個特定點時，你就能擁有更多選擇的自由。你將生活在一個限制更少、可能性更多的世界，而你現在正處於那個轉捩點。因此，請不要假設從此刻起發生的一切，都只是某種業力、出生前的協議、契約，或是身為意識創造者的你完全無法控制的事物。
這就是你現在的身分。你已經意識到『你創造自己的現實』這個事實。你在出生前就開始創造它，但顯然你現在能看見：你現在所關注的，會得到更多；你現在所抗拒的，也會得到更多；而你現在所熱愛與感激的，同樣會得到更多。那麼，這是否意味著你可以決定想成為 NBA 的強力前鋒就能如願，或者能在人生的這個階段去當太空人？你可能不會去做這類事情，但如果你不再對靈魂藍圖、對出生時設定的旅程抱持局限的想法，你所擁有的自由將遠比你允許自己擁有的還要多。
多給自己一點信心，並知曉你已經足夠負責，可以接過這輛車的鑰匙。你已經準備好與外星生命（E.T.s）進行更多互動，也準備好決定你希望在世界上實現什麼樣的新系統。你現在已經足夠成熟且睿智，可以創造出你想過的生活。你擁有足夠的經驗，也嚐過菜單上夠多不同的品項，足以知道自己想要什麼，並能下訂單且信任它終將到來。
現在，使用『訂購』（Order）一詞可能不太精確，因為你並非命令某物存在，但你可以透過『聚焦』讓某物存在。你可以『容許』某物存在，你可以『接收』那些早已屬於你的東西。當你不再堅持某件事必須以特定方式、特定時間或特定形式出現時，你會更擅長處理這些事。所以，請放鬆並信任：你將得到對你最好的、最合適的，甚至可能比你所能想像的還要美好。而這一切，都始於你相信自己在人生的這個階段，擁有為自己做出選擇的權利。

Your Future Between Now & the 5th Dimension ∞The 9D Arcturian Council
“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have continued to be amazed by humanity. And we are quite certain that you are all getting ready to engage in more of the shift in consciousness and to do so more consciously. We know that for most of this lifetime, you have felt as though you are on a path that was set into motion before you were born, and we know that many, if not most of you, have felt as though you don’t have any say now in what’s on that path, in what you will experience next in your lives. Now that you have come to this place in your spiritual evolution, you are being given more freedom to create the blueprint that will take you to the fifth dimension.
You are not just supposed to be living out a set of preordained experiences and then reacting to them. You are also there to be creator beings. And just like in your human lives, when you reach a certain age, you get to drive, and you get to vote, and you get to drink alcohol if you want to, it is also true that as spiritual beings, when you reach a certain point in your evolution, you get to have more freedom to choose. You get to live in a world where there are fewer limitations and more possibilities, and you are at that point right now. So please do not assume that everything that will happen from this point forward will be the result of some karma, or pre-birth agreement, or contract, or something that you have absolutely no control over as a conscious creator being.
That is what you are now. You are conscious of the fact that you create your reality. You began creating it before you were born, But certainly, you can see that what you focus on now, you get more of. What you resist now, you get more of. What you love and appreciate now, you get more of. So does that mean you can decide you want to become a power forward in the NBA and just make it so, or that you can go and become an astronaut at this point in your life? You probably won’t do those types of things, but you have much more freedom than you may be allowing yourselves to have by thinking limiting thoughts about your soul’s blueprint, about your journey that you set out upon when you were born into this lifetime.
Give yourselves more credit, and know that you are responsible enough to be handed the keys to the car. You are ready for more interactions with e.t.s, and you are ready to decide what types of new systems you want to come to fruition on your world. You are old enough now, and wise enough now, to create the lives that you want to be living. You have enough experience, and you’ve tried enough of the different items on the menu to be able to know what you want and to be able to place your order and trust that it will come.
Now, ‘order’ was probably a poor choice of words because you never want to order anything into existence, but you can focus something into existence. You can allow something into existence. You can receive something that is already yours, and you’re better at doing those things when there is no insistence on something being a certain way, or coming at a certain time, or at a certain form. So relax and trust that you’re going to get what is best for you, what is most appropriate, and what is also perhaps better than what you could have possibly imagined. And it all starts with you believing that you have the right at this point in your life to make choices for yourselves.
