如何在其中保持平靜？
如何做到既能扎根大地（grounded），又能與神聖連結？在外部世界的紛擾喧囂中，如何能保持內心的平靜？
因為有一件事是確定的：時間之輪唯有在時間圓滿之際才會停歇！
今天我與你們同在，以上帝的恩典觸碰你們。那是愛的之光，此刻正流入你們的內心，為你們充電，並向你們揭示此時此刻生命的深層意義。現在就讓自己被這道光芒觸碰，開始去吸收它，好讓日後的紛擾既無法擾亂你們的平靜，也不會讓你們失去平衡。
人類至今仍主要受苦於一件事：與神聖的連結不足。
如果你的虔誠是真摯的，你的愛是深沉的，你的心是敞開準備好的，那麼你現在就將與上帝之光對齊，並且在你的整個一生中都保持這種對齊狀態！
禮物
這就是我今天帶給你們的禮物——帶給所有來到這個地方、透過臨在與上帝連結的人，帶給所有因渴望上帝而被引導至這則訊息的人。
暫停片刻，接受上帝之愛的禮物吧，因為它此刻正傾注於你。

「加速」是這個時代的代名詞，它現在定義了一切，並將在未來繼續形塑一切。
但在這萬物加速的時期，你身上會發生什麼事？
你對外在現象失去了興趣。當動盪帶來新的現象時，你開始在內在穩定自己。在這個過程中，你將注意力轉向內在，不再參與我們這個時代的種種戲碼，也不再受惑於這個世界的林林總總。
你們中的許多人都知道那種解放的感覺——當你對某些事物、事件甚至人失去興趣時！這種狀態象徵著自由，意味著你已經將注意力從外在世界收回，並轉向了內在。
什麼對你真正重要？
越來越多的人現在正面臨著「什麼對我真正重要？」以及「什麼對我有意義？」的靈魂拷問。許多人選擇透過將目光從外在轉向內在來重新定位自己。
這種重新對齊的後果（它如同世界的轉變一樣在加速）是「決定方向的關鍵」，因為透過它，你走出了這個矩陣（Matrix），而矩陣也因此失去了對你的掌控權！
單單一步
這僅僅是一步——從外在走向內在——就改變了一切，並徹底轉化了你！透過這種方式，你維持了平靜、保持了方向感，並獲得了幸福——幸福不是作為一個目標，而是一種態度，因為幸福本身就是道路，根本不需要額外去「達到」。
摯愛的人類，
帶著上帝之光與智慧的祝福，你將自己最珍貴的部分奉獻給了這個世界：能夠自由流動的愛。因為你知道源頭在哪裡，它就在你的內在。
真正的轉變正是在那裡發生。那是你找到自己、與上帝相遇的地方。

I am Archangel Metatron.
I originated from the love of God – in this alone are people and I one.
Today I reveal myself on Earth as the blessing of God, which is now being bestowed upon humanity.

Beloved person,
This time demands everything of you, and often you feel completely lost! Heaven seems distant and happiness unattainable. This world is turned upside down and kept in motion and turmoil by the storms of time.
The upheavals are gaining momentum and affecting more and more areas of your life.
How to remain peaceful?
How is it possible to be grounded and connected at the same time? How is it possible to remain at peace amidst all the hustle and bustle of the outside world?
Because one thing is certain: the wheel of time will only stop when time has been fulfilled!
Today I am with you to touch you with the grace of God. It is the light of love that now flows into your heart, recharging you and revealing to you the profound meaning of your life at this time. Let yourself be touched by this light now and begin to absorb it, so that the days can neither disturb your peace nor throw you off balance.
Humanity still suffers above all from one thing: an insufficient connection and link to the divine.
If your devotion is genuine, your love deep, and your heart ready, then you shall now be aligned with the light of God and remain aligned for the duration of your entire life!
The gift
This is the gift with which I have come to you today, to you who have found this place and connected with God through your presence, to you who, full of longing for God, have been led to this message.
Pause for a moment and receive the gift of God’s love, for it is now being bestowed upon you.

Acceleration is the word that now defines everything and will continue to shape everything in the future.
But what happens to you during this time when everything accelerates?
You lose interest in external phenomena. While upheaval brings forth new phenomena, you begin to stabilize yourself internally. In doing so, you shift your attention inward, you no longer engage with the dramas of our time, and you no longer perceive the offerings of this world.
Many of you know that liberating feeling when you lose interest in things, events, or even people! This state signifies freedom and means that you have withdrawn your attention from the outside world and shifted it inward.
What is truly important to you?
More and more people are now confronted with the questions “What is truly important to me?” and “What has meaning for me?”. Many people are choosing to reorient themselves by turning their gaze from the external to the internal.
The consequences of this realignment, which is accelerating just as the transformation of the world is accelerating, are “decisive for direction,” because through it you step out of this matrix and it loses its power over you!
A single step
It is a single step – from the outside in – that changes everything and completely transforms you! In this way you maintain peace, stay oriented, and achieve happiness – not as a goal, but as an attitude, because happiness is the path itself and does not need to be reached.
Beloved person,
Endowed with the light of God and blessed with wisdom, you give this world the most precious thing of yourself: love that can flow freely, because you know the source, for it is within you.
That’s where true transformation takes place. It’s the place where you find yourself and encounter God.
