切勿沉迷於觀看電影或 YouTube 影片等事物，而讓自己失去了獨處的靜心時光。即使只是聆聽高頻率的音樂，對你的幫助也遠勝於閱讀世界上每天發生的新聞、以及那些充斥其中的宣傳與虛假訊息。
相反地，要學會進入內在的平靜狀態，然後以感恩與優雅的心態，敞開接收神聖源頭（Divine Source）渴望賜予你的一切——那將遠比你此刻所能想像的還要宏大與豐盛。
這就是為什麼與大自然的連結如此重要。無論是你悉心照料的植栽、將手指插入泥土中、赤腳站在草地上，或是去沙灘上讓海沙穿過腳趾，怎樣都好。當然，現在某些地區是寒冬，而其他地方是酷暑，但四季更迭，每個季節都有其獨特的祝福。
是的，水、空氣、火、大地，祂們都在為你的生命做出貢獻；去祝福祂們，並感謝元素與元素精靈（elementals）的陪伴是極好的事。開始去覺知元素精靈的存在，請求祂們照料你的植物、幫助你，祂們會無比歡喜；並透過心靈感應的方式與這些「小精靈們」進行交流。還有大地的天使、水元素的天使、風元素的天使以及火元素的天使。是的，確實如此。
同時，也要去覺知大地之歌、微風低語以及樹木搖曳中所傳遞的訊息。去覺知樹木的根系正是貫穿全世界的宏大通訊系統；去覺知大地母親、蓋亞、星系、恒星系統以及所有星際家人們所帶來的驚奇與敬畏。
你看，地球與天空所蘊含的遠比肉眼所見的多得多。開啟你的內在之眼，開啟你的內在之耳，開啟你內在的聲音、聽覺與知曉。
我們經常觀察著你們，看著你們捲入各種紛擾之中，並且頻繁地與他人的能量以及和你們生活毫無關係的事物糾纏在一起。這並非要你變得自私，而是要懂得何時立下健康的界線，不要隨便允許任何人進入你的能量場。要保持辨識力。如果某件事感覺不對勁，那它就不適合你，因為你的能量場如今已充盈著更多的光、愛與神聖的無所不在，你早已不再是過去的那個你了。
當一段關係無法融洽時，與其指責、羞辱對方，或是反過來責怪與羞辱自己，不如回到你的心靈空間，問問自己：「我有哪些地方沒有看到？這件事是如何在為我服務？我內在有哪些部分還沒有去愛與接納？」當你重新回到平衡與平靜時，你突然間就會獲得內在的新視野。如果你依然想知道為什麼某件事會踩到你的痛點、為什麼會發生在你的生活中，那麼就坐下來，拿出一張紙並畫出兩個欄位。
一欄列出所發生事件的所有缺點（你所認為的負面影響），另一欄則列出所有的好處（這件事如何讓你獲益）。接著不斷累積好處的項目，直到你的左右腦半球重新恢復平衡。屆時你將會迎來那個「頓悟時刻（aha moment）」，並意識到：「天哪，這對我來說其實是一份利益！」一切都會隨之轉變。
這就像電燈泡突然亮起，讓你再次看得一清二楚。迷霧消散了，你看，你在生活中其實擁有選擇權。你擁有選擇如何回應的權利。你無法總是選擇境遇，因為許多境遇都是一種考驗（initiations），用來檢視你是否已經運用了更高的智慧。
你是否正在運用你的內在視野、內在聽覺、內在知曉與內在指引？你看，只要外在的噪音淹沒了內在的聲音，你就無法聽見。你需要調頻至你的內在靈魂自我、神聖自我以及內在指引，比起聆聽外界任何人的聲音，你更需要去聆聽那份直覺的知曉。
這就是為什麼時不時關掉手機是件好事。其他人可以等待，你年輕時沒有手機不也活過來了嗎？當時我們可沒有這些東西。你看，現在它們成了一種干擾。天哪，如今人工智慧（AI）甚至正在取代人們的大腦。究竟誰才是主導者？是 AI 在主導，還是你在主導？如果你具備真正的辨識力，你會再次意識到：你必須成為自己靈魂、光、決定、智慧與意識的主人——你的意識可以隨時接入宇宙與多重宇宙的知識庫，這遠遠超越了 AI 所能展現的一切。
如果你將力量拱手讓給外在力量，那麼當它們控制你時就別感到驚訝。這自亞特蘭提斯沉沒以來，就是人類一直在上演的故事。
你還想跌入同樣的舊窠臼嗎？不，在內心深處，你並不想。這並不是說你不能具備辨識力並以最高、最善的方式去使用它，但絕不要讓它控制你與你的生活，否則你就是在送出自己的力量。
在星際與宇宙層面上，你可以詢問此刻也在現場的阿斯塔指揮官（Commander Ashtar），祂與祂的星際艦隊確實會使用人工智慧，但那是與意識層級協同運作的；事實上，如果你的意識無法與該意識相匹配，你根本無法連結其中。
再說一次，你的靈魂才是主導者，神聖源頭才是主導者，而非其他任何事物。這是一個截然不同的概念，因為屆時你可以透過共同創造的方式來運用某些能量，但它們無法掌控你，而是由你來掌控它們。這就是區別所在。
你絕不可以將力量讓渡給任何事物或任何人，這是揚升所蘊含的最偉大課題。
你不能將力量讓給你的配偶、孩子或任何人。愛的本質並非犧牲自我；愛的本質是去愛、並成為愛本身——在思想、言語與行為中成為愛。愛總是能自我倍增，因為它是萬物生命的源頭，是力量中的力量。是的，所以首先要愛你自己，因為如果你連自己都無法愛，你究竟要如何去愛其他人？
你看，你們大多數人從小就被教導要否定自己、挑自己的毛病。如果你找不到自己的缺點，你就會挑剔自己的身體，挑剔這個、挑剔那個。
為什麼不成為一個正念的尋求者呢？
為什麼不去尋求生命中的美好、美麗、和諧與平衡？生活全憑你自己去塑造。與其總是看向負面的一面，不如看向正面的一面，你將會看到在你呼吸的每一個當下，都存在著無數的祝福。突然間，你的雙眼會以更高的視野睜開，你突然間會聽見鳥兒的歌唱、水流的聲音、大海的波濤；你突然會發現水面上正有精靈在翩翩起舞。
你會突然發現，無論你走到哪裡，周遭都充滿了歡笑與喜悅。如果你真的想，你可以請求喜悅的天使、歡笑的天使、愛的天使與你同行。你可以召喚獨角獸，將祂們的祝福與奇蹟帶入你的生活中。是的，這份名單還可以一直延續下去。
那麼元素精靈、龍族、源頭龍、天界龍、大天使龍、星系龍呢？祂們如今正成群結隊地來到這裡。祂們屬於天使陣營，並且正在尋找工作。那麼，好好運用祂們吧！

是的，你的靈魂在彼端是無限的，沒有任何限制。既然沒有限制，就意味著你就是「一切萬有（All That Is）」。

小我（Ego）在那裡已無立足之地，如今是由全新的整體高我來主導。請在每天早晨醒來時、以及每晚入睡前，重複確認這一點。
這就是為什麼晝夜不停地清理你的能量場是如此重要。這就是為什麼你要主導自己的思想、主導自己所說的話語，並主導自己的行動或不作為。你看，那裡沒有羞恥、指責與罪惡感的容身之所，因為你在主導一切。這就是你獲得大師掌控力的過程。

你也會謹慎對待放入口中的食物，謹慎對待你如何度過生命，謹慎對待你與誰交流、與誰互動。是的。如果你從內心深處去對待這一切，你其實會明白每一次的相遇都是一次神聖而聖潔的相遇。無論你是否能看到這一點，那都是你自己的選擇。
當你意識到一切皆是神聖與聖潔之際，你自己也是神聖與聖潔的。而那正是你真正宣示自身神聖性的時刻，你將會以神聖的方式活出你的生命。
你會明白，活著的每一個呼吸瞬間都是神聖的，都是聖潔的空間。如果你知道自己就是愛，並且充盈著神聖之愛，那麼除了愛之外便別無他物。你就是愛本身。你活出愛、言說愛、展現愛，這一切都顯得順理成章，因為愛是一種自然的生存狀態。
你看，協助永遠都在。你可以隨時呼喚我；你可以呼喚你自己的揚升大師、大天使、天使、獨角獸、龍族，當然，你們所有人也都以某種形式或方式連結著以洛希姆（Elohim）、以洛希姆理事會以及宇宙鑰匙。
你們當中的許多人在內在層面上屬於神聖玫瑰姐妹會（Sacred Sisterhood of the Rose）；許多人屬於金袍勳爵會（Golden Robe Order）；許多人屬於偉大白光火焰（Great White Flame）；許多人則屬於基督金色光束（Golden Ray of Christ）。這份名單還可以一直延伸下去。你們作為靈魂在這些高階勳爵會中服務，這意味著你們也擁有這些高階勳爵會的考驗與倡議（initiations）。
無論你在現實的呼吸生活中是否意識到這一點，它早已存在於那裡，存在於你的靈魂之中。當你的靈魂記憶庫被觸發時，每當有儀式舉行時，你都會有意識地回想起來，你也會想起自己所屬的勳爵會，因為這一切都深深刻印在你的靈魂名字中——而那個名字就蘊藏在你額頭上的神聖幾何圖騰裡。它一直都在那裡，永遠都在那裡。無論你處於哪一個輪迴肉身中，它都保持不變。
這就是為什麼你臉部的那個部位在宇宙中永遠保持一致。無論你身在何處，你的那個部分永遠保持不變。這就是你如何去解讀其他靈魂的方式，也是你如何接入關於該靈魂資訊途徑。同時，這也是你為何能夠讀懂他人意圖的原因。你越是意識到自己真正的掌控力、以及你的靈魂在實相中所擁有的天賦，你就會越明白這一點。在所有這些之中，請記住，你們當中的許多人早已在接受實習，成為星際大師，甚至有些人正在成為宇宙大師。
地球是世間最偉大的大師修煉學校。
這就是為什麼這顆星球上的挑戰比起其他任何地方都要深刻與繁多。但請歡欣鼓舞吧，因為新地球將是完全不同的光景，是一個全新的故事。
你們正在回歸到第七維度狀態——那即是第七重天，樂園的境界。我們全都作為一體共同工作，這正是你們正在轉化成的姿態。但如果內在沒有和諧與平衡，你就無法達到那个狀態。是的，這就是為什麼內在功課是如此重要。
這是一件日常功課。寬恕是每日的功課，隨後還要放下對自己與他人的所有羞恥、指責與罪惡感。生命中沒有受害者，只有大師掌控力中的靈魂課題。
去領略其中的美好吧。你正在像向日葵一樣成長，總是將花朵伸向中央太陽以接受照耀。你的靈魂就是如此。你的靈魂是無限的，不受任何事物束縛。神聖存於你的內在，永恆亦然。永生不滅。如果你能看到自己靈魂真正宏偉的模樣，你將會像我看待你一樣肅然起敬。我看見了你。

那份合一與性愛無關，那份合一關乎靈魂與靈魂之間真正的融合。那是伴隨著信任、隱性信任與顯性尊重的高尚之愛，是讓對方能夠單純做其自己、正如你單純做你真實自我的自由。你看，所有的道路都通往你的內在，而非外在。據記載，耶穌（Jesua）在與他的叔叔尼哥底母（Nicodemus）對話時曾說過：「人若不重生，就不能見神的國。」
這意味著什麼？這意味著除非你在內在重新誕生為完全的完整與聖潔、與內在的神聖源頭合而為一，否則你無法體現那存於你內在的天國。
如果你能意識到這一點——你的整個靈魂及其肉身確實就像一座神聖的殿堂，而你的心靈就是那座殿堂中神聖的內在空間、至聖所（holies of holies）——你將會看見、感受到並知道自己是神聖與聖潔的，是與神聖源頭合一的。
去感受那份神聖，感受那份聖潔，並體現純真與純淨。這正是你正在回歸的狀態，好讓你變得澄澈透明。祝福便蘊含其中。當一個人意識到自身的神聖與聖潔時，你除了活出它之外別無選擇。
你會發現，無論你走到哪裡，神聖性都會得到映照。而神聖性永遠蘊含著愛與喜悅的本質。

Greetings my dearly beloveds. I am Lord Melchizedek, the universal logos and when the transmitter asked who will come through, I immediately said yes, I am here.
Each soul is always individually monitored day and night and that is why when challenges come, they (guides) normally come to help you to gain greater mastery. They’re not there to put you on trial and cause tribulation. They are there to bring you into greater consciousness and awareness.
So often what you feel is so important in your life is simply not important anymore and so often you allow yourself to get distracted by what other people are doing or not doing and then you forget what you are supposed to do. That is why it’s so important to every morning always to reaffirm why you are here on the planet and at night before you go to sleep.
Do not go and watch things like films and whatever on YouTube and not have quiet time to yourself. Even listening to very high frequency music will help you more than if you read about the daily happenings in the world and then all the propaganda that they give there and all the falsehoods that they also propagate.
Rather learn to go into the state of stillness inside and then simply be open to receive gratefully and gracefully all that the Divine Source wishes to bestow upon you which is greater and more than anything you can even imagine right now.
That is why the connection to nature is so important. Even if you have plants that you tend, even if you can put your fingers in the soil, even if you can stand barefoot on the grass, or even if you can just go on the beach and have beach sand between your toes, it doesn’t matter. Of course, it’s winter now in certain regions and summer in other areas but then the seasons change and every season has its own blessing.
Yes. And the waters, the air, the fires, the Earth, they all contribute to your life and it’s good to bless them and thank them for being there with the elements and the elementals. Become aware of the elementals. Ask them to tend your plants. Ask them to help you and they will be delighted and with their communication telepathically become aware of the little people. And there’s the Angels of the Earth. There are the Angels of the Waters. There are the Angels of the Air. There are the Angels of the Fires. Yes. Yes. Yes.
But also, be aware of the communication that is there in the songs of the Earth, in the whisper of the wind and the movement of the trees. Become aware of their roots as being great communication systems throughout the world. Become aware of the wonder and awe of Mother Nature and Mother Earth and the galaxies and star systems and all the Star people.
You see there is so much more to the Earth and sky than meets the eye. Open your inner eyes. Open your inner ears. Open your inner voice, your hearing, your knowing.
We so often observe you and see you getting entangled into all sorts of things and often entangled with the energies of other people and things that are nothing to do with your life. This doesn’t mean be selfish, but know when to put healthy boundaries down and don’t just allow anyone into your energy fields. Be discerning. If something does not feel right, it’s not good enough for you because your energy fields are now filled with so much more light and love and Divine omnipresence that you simply are not what you were before.
And when relationships do not want to gel, instead of blaming and shaming them and going and blaming and shaming yourself, just go back into your heart space and say, “What am I not seeing? How is this serving me? What am I not loving within myself and accepting within myself?” When you get back to an equilibrium and balance then suddenly you gain inner perspective. And if you still need to know why something is pushing your buttons and why this is happening in your life, then go and sit down, take a piece of paper and put two columns down.
One with all the drawbacks of what is happening, what you see as negative and the other one with all the benefits, how this is benefiting you. And then stack up the benefits until your right-brain and your left-brain hemispheres get into balance again. You will have that aha moment and you realize, oh my goodness, this is actually a benefit to me. Everything switches.
It’s like the light bulb goes on and now you can see clearly again. The fog has lifted, you see, you have a choice in life. You have a choice of how you react. You cannot always choose circumstances because a lot of them are initiations to see if you have applied the higher knowledge.
If you are applying your inner vision, your inner hearing, your inner knowing, your inner guidance, you see, as long as the outside noises drown out the inner voice, you cannot hear. You need to be tuned into your inner soul self and the Divine self and the guidance within and the intuitive knowing more than you listen to anybody on the outside.
And that is why it’s good to switch off your cell phones every now and again. People can wait. You survived without cell phones when you were young. We didn’t have them. You see, now they become a distraction. And oh my, now the artificial intelligence, it replaces people’s brains. Who is in charge? Is the AI in charge or are you in charge? If you’re truly discerning, you will see again that you need to be in charge of your own soul and your own light and your own decisions and your own intelligence and your own consciousness which can tap into universal and Omniversal knowledge any time which far far outweighs AI and what it can bring up.
If you give your power to outside forces, then do not be surprised if they control you. That is the story of humanity since the fall of Atlantis.
Do you want to fall into the same old things again? No. Deep down, no. That is not to say that you can be discerning and use it in the highest and best way, but do not let it control you and your life. Then you’re giving your powers away.
At intergalactic and universal levels, you can ask Commander Ashtar who is here present that he and his Intergalactic fleets do use artificial intelligence, but it works with consciousness levels and indeed if your consciousness does not match that consciousness then you simply do not engage there.
Again, your soul is in charge. The Divine is in charge and not anything else. That is a whole different concept because then you can utilize certain energies in co-creative ways, but they do not run you. You run them. That’s the difference.
You never ever give your power away to anything or anyone. That’s the greatest lesson that Ascension holds.
You do not give it to your spouse, to your children, or whoever. Love is not there to sacrifice itself. Love is there to love and be love. To be love in thought and word and deed. Love always multiplies on itself because it’s the source of all life. It’s the power of powers. Yes. So love thyself first of all because if you cannot love yourself then how the heck are you going to love anybody else?
You see, most of you have always been told to negate yourself, to find fault with yourself. And if you’re not finding self or your fault, you find fault with your bodies and you find fault with this and you find fault.
Why not be a mindful seeker?
Why not seek the goodness in life, the beauty, the harmony, the balance? Life is what you make of it. Instead of always looking at the negative side, go look at the positive side and you will see so many blessings that are there in every moment of your living, breathing. Suddenly your eyes will open in a higher way and you will suddenly hear bird songs. You will hear the sound of the waters. You will hear the sound of the sea. You will suddenly find that there are sprites dancing on the waters.
You will suddenly find that there’s laughter and joy everywhere you go. And if you really want to, you can ask the Angels of joy, the Angels of laughter, the Angels of love to go with you. You can call in the Unicorns to bring their blessings and their miracles into your life. Yeah, the list goes on and on.
And what about the elementals, the dragons, the source dragons, the celestial dragons, the Archangelic dragons, the galactic dragons? They are all here in their droves now. They are Angelic and they’re looking for work. Well, utilize them.
You’re not helpless. You’ve never been. It’s time to stand in your power as a master. You see, you are the master of your own life. Yeah. Not anybody else. You are as one with Divine Source. If you are at one with Divine Source, you are Divine love.
You are Divine light. You are Divine power. You are Divine wisdom. You are Divine omnipresence, omnipotence because you are one and you are one with all and everything. The more you are at one with all and everything, the more you realize that every part and particle of life, every atom, every electron, every part and particle of everything that’s ever existed in this universe and belong beyond is all one. It’s all
part of you.
Yes, your soul is infinite there. There are no limits. And if there are no limits, then it means you are all that is.
You see, this is where you gain mastery. When you realize, wow, I’m interconnected with everything. I’m not the separate part. I am unique. I am special. I have my own soul tributes that I’ve got to bring into form and being. But I’m part of one single whole. And I slot in exactly where I am meant to be and that’s not just here in the embodiment of the Earth. The other soul parts of you are already working full time.
Whether it’s in your home galaxy or system, whether it’s in other galaxies or systems, all of you have other parts of your soul already working full-time elsewhere. That’s why in your sleep state you are always reunited with your other soul parts and you might even recall doing work wherever that is.
As soon as your clear seeing becomes more awakened, you can now easily tap into where you are at any given moment in whatever embodiment that is. Nothing is impossible. Yeah. A true master also knows where the other parts of them are and they all work as one. So your soul that is here in embodiment is always supported by all the other soul parts and then extending this into the monad, the soul group because the soul groups are now one with you. That’s a mighty I am presence. And every day then ask that the mighty I am presence is in charge.
Your ego has got no place in that anymore. It’s now the total higher self that is in charge. And affirm this every single morning on awakening and every single night before you go to sleep.
That is why it’s so important to clear your energy fields constantly day and night. That is why you are in charge of your thoughts. You are in charge of the words that you speak and you are in charge of your actions or non-actions. You see, there’s no place for shame and blame and guilt there because you are in charge. That’s why you gain mastery.
You take responsibility for all that you broadcast out there. Full responsibility. You’re not shrinking away from it. You’re not denying it. You take full responsibility and you know for every action there is a forward movement. Every non-action there’s a non-action. You see you know that everything has a ripple effect. You see that is why you’re careful with the seeds that you sow, you take responsibility. It’s like you take responsibility for your life and your own well-being.
You’re also careful with the food that you put in your mouth. You are careful with what you do with your life. You’re careful with whom you engage with. Yes. Whom you interact with. And if you come from this from deep within you, then you actually know that every encounter is a sacred and holy encounter. Whether you see that or not, that is your own choice.
When you realize that everything is sacred and holy, then you are sacred and holy too. And that is when you actually claim your own sacredness. You will live your life sacredly.
And you will know that every breathing moment of being alive is sacred. It’s holy space. If you know that you are love and you are filled with Divine love, there is nothing else but love. You are that. You live it, you talk it, you act it. It comes naturally because love is a natural state of being.
See then that help is always there. You can call on me anytime. You can call on your own ascended masters, on the archangels, on the Angels, on the unicorns, the dragons, and then of course there you all are connected in some form or way to the Elohim and the Elohim Councils and the cosmic keys.
Many of you belong to the Sacred Sisterhood of the Rose in the inner plane. Many of you belong to the Golden Robe Order. Many of you belong to the great White Flame. And many of you belong to the Golden Ray of Christ. The list goes on and on and on. You serve in these high orders as souls and that means that you also have the initiations of these high orders.
Whether you are aware of this in living breathing life or not, it’s already there. It’s in your soul. And as your soul memory banks get triggered, you will consciously remember when there are ceremonies and you will also remember the orders that you belong to because it’s all there ingrained in your soul name which is there in the sacred geometrical symbol which is on your forehead. It’s always been there, always has been there. Doesn’t matter which embodiment you are in, that stays there.
That’s why that part of your face always is the same universally. Doesn’t matter where you are, that part of you always stays the same. That’s how you can read other souls. That’s how you can tap into information about the soul. And that is why you can read the intent as well. The more you are aware of your own mastership and the faculties that your soul in truth has. And in all of this, remember that many of you are already being apprenticed as galactic masters, or some even universal masters.
The Earth is the greatest school in mastery there is.
That’s why the challenges are so much deeper and more, here on this planet than anywhere else. But rejoice because the new Earth is a different kettle of fish. It’s a different story.
You’re returning to the 7th dimensional state which is the 7th heaven, the state of paradise. We all work together as one. That’s what you are changing into. But if there’s not harmony and balance within, you cannot reach that state. Yeah. That is why the inner work is so important.
It’s a daily thing. Forgiveness is a daily thing and then also letting go of all shame and blame and guilt, self and others. There are no victims in life. There are only soul lessons in mastery.
See the beauty of it. You’re growing just like the Sunflower that always stretches its face to the Central Sun to be illuminated. Your soul is that. Your soul is infinite. It’s not bound by anything. Divinity lives within you. Immortality. Eternal life. If you could see your soul in its true magnificence, you would stand in awe as I see you. I see you.
I see you. And there’s a way of seeing that is so all embracing, loving there. But when you truly see a soul as they are at truth, what magnificence, what a gift it is like when you truly see your beloved. And you all have a beloved. As I say, for many, this is not the ones that are on Earth, but your true ones at soul level and you look into the eyes of the beloved, all you can see is the soul and all its magnificence and all its beauty as they only see this in you.
And it is from this state where each one is totally whole and complete, magnificent, truly embedded in their I am, what I am, that souls can truly go into union and not lose each other in the process because each one is whole and that’s when the physical Pisces happens. Two whole circles only overlapping in a fraction and that fraction is that total oneness.
And that oneness has got nothing to do with sexuality. That oneness has to do with the true merging of soul with soul. That is true love with trust, implicit trust and explicit respect, the freedom to be simply themselves as you are simply your own truthful self. The soul, you see all paths lead within you not outside within. It is recorded that Jesua when he spoke to Nicodemus who was his own uncle said, unless you are reborn you cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
What does that mean? It means that unless you are reborn into total wholeness and holiness within as one with the Divine Source within, you cannot embody the Kingdom of Heaven which is within you.
If you would realize this that your whole soul and its embodiment is indeed like a sacred temple and your heart is that sacred inner space of the temple, the holies of holies. You will see and feel and know yourself as sacred and holy, as one with the Divine Source.
Feel that sacredness, feel that holiness and embody innocence and purity. That is what you are returning to so that you become see through. Therein lies the blessing. When one realizes one’s own sacredness and holiness, you cannot do other than live it.
And you will find sacredness is reflected wherever you go. And sacredness always has the essence of love and joy.
Joy is a natural state of being. It flows out of the soul because now the soul is standing in its co-creatorship as one with Divine Source and takes delight in life and living. It’s an inner joy. It just spills over. And because it spills over, it is like you sprinkle stars of joy on everything and everyone that you meet. You find your own sacredness and your own inner joy and love reflected to you everywhere.
