如果你們真正明白，自己本就是要歷經一趟旅程來體驗一場演化，那麼對於生活中無法時刻保持井然有序、或是未能面面俱到的自己，你們就能給予更多的寬恕。你們本就會在一段時間內以為自己不是真實的自己，這樣你們才能體驗覺醒並恢復真實身份的過程，並感受那究竟是怎樣的一種體驗。你們許多人至今仍未完全吸收『自己是源頭能量的一個面向』這個真相，因此你們需要被一次又一次、不斷地提醒，這樣你們才不會陷入自我設限的念頭中——以為自己只是一個在地球上壽命有限、擁有某種過去與成就的人類。
你們遠不止於此。你們甚至不需要透過自己做過或沒做過的事、犯過的錯或做過的善行來衡量自己。是時候與我們對齊並認同：你們如其所是的樣子就是完美的。是時候將自己視為『源頭能量存在』了，因為當你們這麼做時，你們不僅會開始更加享受生活，還會開始像一個源頭能量存在般去思考、說話與行動。
如果你們認為自己應該去『完美』作為一個人的自我，那麼你們的思維模式就會變成：『當我符合這些條件時，我才會給予自己這種帶有條件的愛。』但你們不會想這麼做的。你們不會想這樣過生活，也不會想把自己定義為成功或失敗。你們要明白，你們本就是要去體驗許多不同的經驗——有些時候飛得高高的，有些時候則摔得鼻青臉腫。當你們不再把事情看得那麼嚴肅時，你們就會明白每一個體驗都是有價值的，而且沒有人在記錄分數，也沒有任何人會像你們批判自己那般苛刻地批判你們。
你們甚至不需要將自己的人生看作只有單一的使命，不需要去想：『只要我知道那個唯一的使命是什麼，並且完美地完成它，我就功德圓滿了。』你們不需要朝這個方向去思考。你們可以純粹因為人生的存在、因為你們正在體驗它、因為你們活在當下，而享受你們的人生。你們可以如實地享受它，並在任何體驗中找到喜悅，因為你們本身就是你們所感受到的那份喜悅。
正如我們建議你們去愛自己與他人一樣——不是因為有人贏得了那份愛，而是因為你們本身就是那份愛，且因為你們決定要讓更多『真實自我』的能量在你們的血管中湧動。只要你們允許，這一切都可以變得輕鬆許多；而這一切始於最根本的基礎與宏觀的視野，始於將鏡頭拉得足夠遠，直到你們看清自己真實的模樣。將這份禮物贈予你們自己，你們就能將自己推進未來，成為那真實不虛、美麗無比的光與愛之存在。

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help.
We acknowledge you as you are, and we see you as perfect as you are. We know that you are, in fact, an aspect of Source Energy, and that you are pretending to be a human being having a human lifetime, and we never lose sight of who you really are underneath the mask, the actor, the role that you are playing. And so, you get to decide how you see yourselves and others, in the same way that we are choosing to see you as the perfect expression of Source Energy that you are. And when you recognize that you chose to take on certain challenges, and that you chose to not be great at everything that you would ever do from the very start, then you can be kinder and gentler with yourselves.
If you truly understood that you were meant to go through a journey to experience an evolution, then you could be more forgiving of yourself for not having everything in your life together at all times in perfect order. You are meant to think for a while that you are not who you really are, so that you can have the experience of awakening to the truth of who you really are and feel what that feels like. Many of you still haven’t fully absorbed the truth that you are an aspect of Source Energy, and so you need to be reminded again, and again, and again so that you don’t get caught up in the idea of yourself as a human being with a finite number of years on planet Earth who has this history and has these accomplishments.
You are so much more than that. You do not even need to ever measure yourself by what you have done and not done, by the mistakes that you have made, or the good deeds. It is time for you to come into alignment and to agree with us that you are perfect as you are. It is time for you to see yourself as Source Energy Beings, because when you do that, you will start to not only enjoy your lives more, but you will then begin to think, speak, and act as Source Energy Beings.
If you think you are meant to perfect yourself as a human being, then you are thinking along the lines of, ‘I’ll give myself this very conditional love when I live up to these conditions.’ And you don’t want to do that. You don’t want to live your lives like that. You don’t want to see yourself as either a success or a failure. You want to understand that you are meant to have a lot of different experiences, some where you fly high, and some where you fall flat on your face. And when you don’t take yourself so seriously, you can understand that every experience is valuable, and that no one else is keeping score. No one else is judging you as harshly as you are judging yourselves.
And you don’t even need to look at your life as having one singular purpose. You don’t even need to think that if you only knew what that one purpose was, and you did it and did it perfectly, then you would be done. You don’t need to think along those lines. You can enjoy your life because it’s there, and because you’re living it, and because you are there and you are living your life. You can enjoy it as it is. You can find joy in whatever the experience is, because you are that joy that you feel.
Just like we advise you to love yourselves and others, not because anyone has earned that love, but because you are that love, and because you decide that you want to feel more of who you really are coursing through your veins. This can all be much easier if you let it be, and it does start with the basics, with the big picture, with zooming out long enough until you see yourselves as you truly are. Give yourselves that gift, and you will be able to propel yourselves into the future as the beautiful beings of Light and love that you truly are.
