在每一個當下,你都可以透過自己的感受,來判斷內在是否有些什麼需要進行轉變。我們知道,人類通常的反應都是試圖去修正外在發生的事,以此來改變自己身體內在的感受。也許你確實會做出某些改變,也許你會挪動某個物件、或是移動你自己的位置;但在採取任何行動之前,讓自己與你的「源頭(Source)」對齊,永遠都是一個極佳的作法。
你的源頭——同時也是我們的源頭——將此時此刻視為如其所是的完美,祂創造了這個當下,使其恰如其分。因此,如果你在某個當下的體驗中看著某件事,並且挑剔它、覺得它有瑕疵,那麼第一個需要做出的改變,就在於你的內在。你會渴望改變你自己、改變你的視角,好讓你至少能對自己正在體驗的一切達到一種「接納」的境地,進而允許靈感大發的行動(inspired actions)透過你展現;但千萬不要單純只依賴這些外在行動來改變你內在的感受。
你不會想要緊抓著抗拒不放,而當你不處於接納的狀態時,你便是處於對它的抗拒之中。所以,如果你在轉變內在發生的狀態之前,就先去改變外在的實相,那麼是的,你確實可以移動到一個擁有不同環境的全新實相,但你依然會在內心攜帶著那份抗拒。現在,當你審視這一生過去的經歷時,你也可以透過一個嶄新的鏡頭去檢視它。這就是你如何與過去達成和解、並跨越創傷的方式。你沒必要把過去貼上創傷的標籤——雖然這樣做,你很可能會獲得一些關注與同情,但將過去視為一場創傷對你毫無益處。
我們並不是說,當你回想起那些過去時,你必須在內心高興得手舞足蹈,但你會渴望花點時間去「重塑(reframe)」你的過去,好讓你能從那段活過的經歷中獲得最大的收穫。透過寬恕那些涉及虐待的人,你能從曾遭受虐待的過去經歷中獲得最大的釋懷;而且,也沒必要非得是那麼嚴重的事件,你才能去改變自己看待過往經歷的方式。換句話說,你可能會因為當初沒有對某人說出某番話而感到一絲遺憾,但你可以改變這一點——你可以去承認,正是因為你有了那次經驗,現在的你才更有可能去說出你該說的話。因此,那次經驗服務了你,你可以去祝福那次經驗,並祝福你自己曾願意經歷那一切,來協助你成為今天的自己。
這些你在內在所做出的微小轉變與改變,將會改變一切,這包括了你的未來、你的時間線、你的健康與福祉,以及你當下的存在狀態——而這正是我們希望你們去聚焦的核心。專注於你的感受、專注於你是否喜歡自己的感受,以及內在有哪些部分需要調整,好讓你能夠透過改變自己,來改變你所處的當下。再次強調,在那之後,你便可以透過行動,在物質層面上做出任何你渴望的改變。請相信我們,當你放下了對當下所處時刻的抗拒之後,你便更有可能採取由靈感帶領的行動,進而收穫那些你真正渴望體驗的成果。

A Simple Shift Takes You to a New Timeline ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
You can tell by how you feel in each and every moment whether there is something that needs to be shifted inside of you. We know that the typical response for a human being is to try to fix what’s going on outside of them in order to change the way that person feels inside the body. And perhaps you will make certain changes. Perhaps you will move an object or move yourselves, but before taking any action, it is always a good idea for you to get into alignment with your Source.
Your Source, which is also our Source, sees the moment as perfect as it is, created the moment to be exactly what it is, and therefore, if you are looking at something within your experience of a moment and you are finding fault with it, the first change to make is within you. You want to change yourself and change your perspective so that you can at least come to a place of acceptance of what you are experiencing, and then allow for inspired actions take place through you, but do not rely solely upon those actions to change the way you feel inside.
You don’t want to hold onto resistance, and when you are not in acceptance, you are in resistance of it. And so, if you make a change to the outer reality before you shift what is going on inside of you, then yes, you can move to a different reality with different circumstances, but you will still be carrying your resistance within you. Now, when you look at your past in this lifetime, you can also examine it through a new lens. This is how you make peace with your past and you move past trauma. You don’t have to refer to your past as traumatic, even though in so doing, you are likely to get some attention and some sympathy, but it doesn’t serve you to see your past as traumatic.
We are not saying you have to jump up and down with joy in your hearts when you think about that past of yours, but you also want to take the time to reframe your past so that you get the most out of having lived it. You get the most out of having lived through a past where you were abused by forgiving the people involved in the abuse, and it doesn’t have to be something that severe in order for you to make a change in the way you are looking at the past that you have lived. In other words, you may feel a sense of regret for not having said something to someone. You can change that, and you can acknowledge that now you are more likely to say what you need to say because you had that experience. And therefore, that experience served you and you can bless it and bless yourself for having been willing to go through that experience to help you become the person that you are today.
These little shifts and changes that you make within yourselves change everything, and that includes your future, your timeline, your health and well-being, and your current state of being, which is something we would like you to be focused upon. Focus upon how you feel and whether you like how you feel and what needs to be changed within you so that you can change the moment you are in by changing you. And again, then you can make whatever changes you want to make, physically, through action. Believe us when we say that after you drop your resistance to the moment you are in, you are much more likely to take an inspired action that will have the kind of results from it that you want to experience.
