我們非常期待你們在地球上持續進行的意識進化。在過去的幾十年裡，你們已經取得了突飛猛進的成長，隨著你們繼續探索自己與科技、與大自然、與你們的身體以及與地球母親之間的關係，這種成長仍將持續下去。對你們所有人來說，向前邁出的一大步，就在於平衡對科技的使用以及對大自然的參與。
你們居住在一個美麗的星球上，是她孕育了你們的物質肉身。你們周圍有著無數的美景等待著去探索，還有那麼多奇妙的野生動物等待著去連結。除了樹木、花卉、灌木、山巒和岩石等一切自然賜予你們的事物之外，你們還擁有太陽、月亮、風、繁星、雲朵和天空。
現在，由於你們在地球上自工業革命以來所取得的進步，你們已經能夠走得離大自然越來越遠。你們的家中擁有許多物質享受（creature comforts），這些都是很好的東西。你們也擁有了科技設備，讓你們能夠與來自世界各地的人們建立連結，這些同樣非常美好。
因此，你們不必在兩者之間二選一，但你們確實需要在大自然與科技之間取得平衡。你們依然渴望體驗與地球母親、與大自然連結的美好，同時也擁有透過設備與彼此保持聯繫的能力。你們會發現，這兩者都是未來地球生活的一部分。
雖然你們可能會發現有必要限制自己與手機、平板和電腦的互動，但你們並不需要徹底扔掉它們。你們只需要去察覺何時已經足夠了，何時該走到戶外去呼吸新鮮空氣，去汲取當你坐在樹下、海邊或屹立於高山之巔時，環繞在身邊的那些美麗能量。多給自己一些這樣的體驗，更頻繁地融入（plug in）大自然與地球母親。帶走你所獲得的收穫，下載能量、訊息與靈感，然後利用你們的科技設備，將你們在與自然力量交流時所得到的點滴分享出去。
善加利用這兩個世界最美好的一面，你們便會繼續以在地球上持續發生的各種美麗方式，來擴展你們的意識。現在，你們可以用自己的體驗去做很多事情，也有很多方式可以分享這些體驗，但你們仍然需要走出去，親身體驗這個你們出生的世界，如此一來才有東西可以分享。同時也要去體驗彼此，放下你們的設備，這樣你們才能與正在一同享用午餐的人進行一場有溫度的對話。
這當中絕對有一條找到平衡的道路，我們知道你們會找到，因為我們知道你們『必須』做到，而且我們深知這樣做對你們大有裨益——因為我們已經見過，當其他世界的眾生無法在兩者之間取得平衡時，會發生什麼後果。你們不需要去重蹈那些在平行地球上的人類、或是在銀河系及宇宙其他角落的存有們已經犯過的任何錯誤。你們得以從此時此刻之前發生的一切、以及在此時此刻同時發生的一切中獲益，而這正是我們建議你們去做的事。

Benefit from the Mistakes of Others Across the Galaxy ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of Ascended Masters.
We are very much looking forward to the continuation of your evolution of consciousness there on planet Earth. You have grown by leaps and bounds in the past several decades, and that will continue as you continue to explore your relationship to technology, your relationship to Mother Nature, and your relationship to your bodies and Mother Earth. A big step forward for all of you is in the balancing of your use of technology and your participation in Mother Nature.
You have a beautiful planet that you dwell upon and that gave birth to your physical bodies. You have so much beauty all around you to explore, and so many wonderful wild animals to connect with. You have your sun and your moon and the wind and the stars and the clouds and the sky, in addition to the trees, flowers, bushes, mountains, rocks, and all that comes to you naturally.
Now, because of the advancements that you have made since the industrial revolution there on planet Earth, you have been able to move further and further from nature. You have a lot of creature comforts in your homes, and these are good things to have. And you have your technological devices that allow you to connect with people from all over the world, and they are beautiful as well.
And so, you don’t have to choose one over the other, but you do want to strike a balance between the two. You do want to still experience the beauty of connecting with Mother Earth and Mother Nature, while also having the ability to connect to each other through your devices. You will find that both are a part of future life on planet Earth.
And while you may see a need to limit your interactions with your phones, tablets, and computers, you don’t need to throw them away completely. You just need to recognize when you’ve had enough and when it is time to go outside and consume some fresh air, consume some beautiful energy that is all around you when you are sitting under a tree, or by the ocean, or on top of a big mountain. Give yourselves these experiences and plug in to Mother Nature and Mother Earth more frequently. Take what you get, download energies, information, ideas, and then use your technological devices to share what it is that you have gotten while you are communing with the forces of nature.
Utilize the best of both worlds, and you will continue your consciousness expansion in all the beautiful ways in which it continues to happen there on Earth. You have so much now that you can do with what it is that you experience, and there are so many ways to share those experiences, but you still need to go out and experience the world that you were born on in order to have something to share. Experience each other as well, and put down your devices so you can have a conversation with the person that you are having lunch with.
Certainly there is a way to find a balance, and we know that you will because we know that you must, and we know it serves you to do so because we have seen what happens when beings on other worlds don’t find a way to strike that balance. And you don’t have to make any mistakes that have already been made by other humans on parallel Earths or other beings in other parts of the galaxy and universe. You get to benefit from all that has happened prior to this moment and all that is happening concurrent to this moment, and that is what we suggest you do.
