我希望你們所有人都知道自己是多麼地有價值、多麼地配得（Worthy）。你們配得，純粹是因為你們的存在；你們配得去接收，因為你們就是創造者。你們不需要去賺取自己的價值，不需要去證明自己的價值，更不需要用你們的成就，或是用任何人對『好』的定義中你表現得有多好，來衡量自己的價值。我邀請你們此時此刻去感受自己的配得感。在你們的身體裡，去感受那份配得的振動。
試著去想想某件你認為極具價值的事物，那件東西因此正散發著價值的振動。當你想到那件東西時，你能感覺到自己正與它產生和諧的共振。請將焦點持續放在你內在的那份價值感與配得感上。並且請明白，它一直都在。這份感覺對你們而言隨時都能觸及，這純粹是一個選擇的問題。你們可以選擇將注意力放在那股一直存在於你們內在的振動上，它正在告訴你：你是多麼地配得、多麼地受到珍視。
對源頭（Source）而言，你是極其寶貴的。否則，你根本不會存在。源頭認為你的存在是一個非常棒的點子，因此，你完全有權利做你自己。而在做你自己的過程中，你便是在向源頭奉獻源頭對你的期許。源頭從始至終唯一的期許就是讓你做你自己。如果你能將自己視為源頭這幅巨大拼圖中不可或缺且極具價值的一片，那麼也許你能更加享受你的人生，也許你能接收更多你在這一世所祈求的一切。這就是我建議你們去做的事，也是你們聚焦於自身價值的方式。千萬不要把價值看作是有條件的，好像它是基於你的成就或你擁有多少錢。你們是極具價值的生命。
你們配得以現在的模樣存在，你們理應與自己的創造、與那段你們認定就是自己想要的人生保持對頻。你們不需要向一個你認為存在於體外的源頭祈禱，去乞求那樣的人生或那些境遇。你們只需認清，做為源頭的一個面向，你才是創造了這一切的人，而現在，你完全有權利與你夢想中的人生對頻。
而唯一能阻礙你過上那種生活的，只有你自己的想法、你自己的信念，以及那些認為『你必須表現得夠好才值得擁有、因此只配得到有限渴望』的舊有觀念。現在就放下這一切吧！並在此時此刻認定：你之所是，便已足夠。每個人都有權去過那段他們認定最適合自己的人生。沒有其他人能替你做決定。當你在自己的內在發現這份配得的振動時，你就會開始發現，做為那個被創造出來的你，你究竟能體驗到多麼豐盛的人生。

Are You Worthy of Receiving Your Desires? ∞St. Germain
“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.
I want you all to know how worthy you are. You are worthy because you exist, and you are worthy of receiving because you are creators. You do not have to earn your worth, and you do not have to prove your worth, and you do not have to measure your worth by your accomplishments or by how good you have been by anyone’s definition of what ‘good’ means. I invite you to feel for your worthiness right now. Feel within your bodies for the vibration of worthiness.
Think about something that you believe holds a lot of value and therefore gives off that vibration of worth. When you think about whatever it is, you can feel yourself vibrating in harmony with it. Stay focused on the feeling of worth, of value, within yourself. And know that it is always there. The feeling is always available to you, and it is a question of choice. You can choose to put your attention on that vibration that always exists within you that tells you how worthy you are, how valued you are.
You are valuable to Source. You wouldn’t exist otherwise. Source thought your existence was a very good idea, and therefore, you have the right to be yourself. And in being yourself, you are giving to source what Source has asked of you. Source has only ever asked you to be yourself, and if you can see yourself as being a valuable piece of the puzzle that Source is, then perhaps you can enjoy your life a bit more and perhaps you can receive more of what you have asked for in this lifetime. This is what I recommend you do and how you focus upon your self worth. Do not think of it as a thing that is conditional, something that is based upon your accomplishments or how much money you have. You are worthy beings.
You are worthy of existing just as you are, and you deserve to be in alignment with your creations, with your with the life that you have decided is the life that you want. You don’t have to pray to a Source that you think is outside of you and beg for that life or those conditions. You can just recognize that you are the one who has created them as an aspect of Source, and now you have every right to align with the life of your dreams.
And the only thing that can get in the way of you living that life is your own thoughts, your own beliefs, your own ideas about being only as good as what you have just done and therefore only being worthy of so much of what you desire to be living. Let go of all of that right now and decide in this moment that who you are is enough, and everyone gets to live what they decide is the life that is most appropriate for them to live. No one else is deciding that for you, and as you discover the vibration of worth inside of you, then you will begin to discover how much you can experience as the you that you were created to be.
