你們花在提升與療癒自己的時間已經相當長了。我知道所有接收到這條訊息的人都是如此，因為如果你們沒有處於足夠高的振動狀態，你根本無法將這份能量吸納進去，自然也就不會接收到它。如果你們不曾對自己下過大功夫，你們是不會被更高振動的教導所吸引的。事實上，你們許多人在覺醒前就已經做了大量的內在轉化，才讓自己得以醒來。而現在既然你們已經清醒了，當然，還有更多更深的層次等待你們去抵達。你們將永遠是一件『進行中的傑作』。作為源頭能量存有（Source Energy Being），你們會永無止境地擴展，認出更多真實的自己。有時候，你可能會覺得這份內在工作似乎永遠沒有結束的一天，進而心生挫折：『那這一切的意義到底在哪裡？』
如果這個念頭對你有用，那就不妨順著它去『放棄』、去『妥協』吧！因為在這樣做的同時，你其實是在選擇臣服。你可以放下對現狀、以及對目前自己的所有抗拒，並在放手的那一個瞬間，取得長足的進步。你不需要讓自己像隻倉鼠一樣，在自我提升的滾輪上永不停歇地奔跑。你當然也會有對這些內在工作感到厭倦與疲憊的時候。而當你感到疲煩時，你往往會真的生病、真的感到精疲力竭，接著你慢了下來、休息一會、看看你最喜歡的一部或幾部電影，又或是瘋狂追起心愛的影集——這一切都非常好。你完全值得去休息、去放鬆、去放空，去享受你所創造的生活，以及你如今所成為的這個生命。
現在，當你們讓自己從那些明知該做的、有意識的內在工作中抽離出來、喘口氣時，請記住，你並不是在偷懶，你也不是懈怠。你純粹只是在享受你目前所居住的物質環境，這沒有任何不妥。
為什麼不把『享受周遭的一切』也納入你的靈性修行中呢？為什麼不把『更享受生活』當成一個目標，而不是總認為自己必須在每一天的每一刻都拼命往上爬？你隨時可以做的是：帶著充分的覺知，讓自己放個假、對自己寬容一點，並樂意當一陣子的沙發馬鈴薯。去心安理得地沉溺在一些你視為『罪惡負擔（Guilty Pleasure）』的消遣中，完全不需要為此擔心。
你永遠不會真正退步，你也絕不會倒退。你將永遠在揚升，永遠在進化。無論你做了什麼，也無論你多麼覺得自己是在搬磚砸自己的腳，你都在不斷成為更真實、更宏大的自己。通常，當你太過用力地想表現得『超級靈性』、太急切地想取得大量進步時，那反而是你在搬磚砸腳的時刻，因為那時你過度將焦點放在了自己的阻礙，以及你感覺正壓在頭頂上的那層玻璃天花板上。
請記住，多給自己留一些專屬的『Me-time（個人時間）』，做好自我關懷。在一段時間內，先不要去操心人類的境況、世界的局勢，甚至是你自己靈性進化的進度。一切都在順利運轉著。它必須如此，也必然如此，因為真相是：你從未離開過源頭，你從未偏離過你的道路，你的靈性指導靈也從未拋棄過你，而你所經歷的一切，一直都包裹在一個無比安全的愛與光之氣泡中。所以，你同樣不需要擔心自己卸下防備。如果你不想進行某項靈性修持，那就把這當成一個信號，這代表此時此刻並非進行該項修行的正確時機，而且就算你強迫自己去做，你也得不到什麼收穫。
允許自己去聆聽內在傳來的微小提醒，那些聲音正告訴你該休息一下、好好當個人，去享受地球上所擁有的一切物質生活。你心知自己究竟是誰。你是清醒的，你完全有資本從超人或超靈性的狀態中放個假。做回你自己，並讓『做自己』成為你今天的靈性修行。

Predictions of a Cataclysmic Ascension Are Everywhere ∞The 9D Arcturian Council
“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been observing how well you all have been handling the energies that you have been receiving, and we also marvel at your progress there on Earth. You have used, over the history of your existence on Earth, unwanted experiences to assist you in your growth and in becoming the more ascended versions of yourselves. You have experienced many cataclysmic events throughout human history, and the times that you are living in right now are spurring on more growth and more of your spiritual evolution through the hardships that you have been facing politically, economically, and with all of the health challenges that you face.
You are getting to the point where as a collective, you will realize that you do not need to create cataclysmic events, chaos, and other calamities to get yourselves to grow. Your growth does not have to be painful and does not have to involve suffering through a dark night of the soul, not individually and not collectively. And when you realize that, you can relax into the major changes that are coming for all of you, and those major changes are coming also because you are creator beings, and as creator beings, you are what is better right now.
You are choosing better systems. You are creating them, and you are focusing your way onto those timelines where these new systems are already in the works or are already in place. So don’t worry. Don’t give up hope and don’t assume that there has to be some sort of massive disruption in your day to day lives in order to shake everyone awake. Every single person on Earth has a plan, and that plan is being executed by their higher selves, and you don’t have to worry that they are somehow going to miss the boat.
Everyone who is meant to be on the boat will be on the boat, and some people will check out before it is time to have e.t. contact and to ascend, and that is perfect as well. It doesn’t mean you need to cut the population in half. It doesn’t mean you need to experience one natural disaster after another in order to get to where you’re going. But we understand that there are a lot of predictions out there and there are a lot of doom and gloomers out there who are telling you this must happen in order for you to ascend.
You need to let go of those ideas and start following your own hearts. By following your own heart instead of someone else’s prediction, you put yourself on the highest timeline for your ascension and for humanity’s ascension. So you really only need to be listening to yourselves and what you are being told by how you feel, and if someone’s prediction of the future feels off to you, if it doesn’t resonate, then it’s not for you, and you don’t have to choose it.
And you don’t have to assume that there is just one future, not ever. You have the option of choosing and you have the free will to do so, and you can choose to grow through joyous experiences of ecstasy and bliss. You can choose to grow and expand through relaxing and being at ease with your lives the way they are. You can choose to ascend pain gracefully because you are creator beings, and you do get to decide what you experience always.
