我們為你們開啟門戶，並讓能量穿過這些門戶。你們需要選擇去接收那份正提供給你們的禮物。沒有任何東西會被扣留，也沒有任何東西能被強加在你們身上。現在，談到你們的人生，你們確實常常感到好奇：某件事究竟是你們轉世前的藍圖、設定和協議的一部分？還是，如果你們在靈性上已經覺醒，你們就會知道另一個唯一的選項——那就是你們透過自己所傳遞的想法、信念、情緒和振動，為自己創造了這一切。
如果你們發現自己正糾結於這到底是屬於 A 選項（前世註定）還是 B 選項（自主創造），請考慮第三種選項：那就是鑑於你們的人生處境以及出生時所處的振動狀態，你們當時認為自己去經歷那件事，會是一個非常好的可能性。但你們也永遠擁有自由意志，因此，如果你們運用自由意志，繼續選擇與你們的前人相同的想法、信念和行為模式，那麼在某種意義上，一件你曾計劃過的事就可能會實現，即便它在你們出生前並非一成不變、刻在石頭上的死板定律。永遠存在著第三種選項，而且往往這第三種選項就是：『兩者皆是。』
歸根究底，某件事在你們的人生經驗中是如何或為何實現的並不重要；重要的是你們如何去應對它。在地球上你們有一個常用的表達方式，那就是『當生命給了你檸檬，就把牠做成檸檬汁。』當你們審視自己目前的人生境遇時，你們同樣可以選擇去充分利用這些境遇。你們可以選擇對自己說：『哇，我做為一個靈魂一定非常高等，否則我根本不可能讓自己有機會去面對如此看似無法逾越的逆境。我一定是一個非常強大的生命。』
如果你們在生活中正試圖克服巨大的挑戰，那麼採取這種態度絕對對你們大有裨益。同時，知道你們周圍到處都有協助者，這也對你們非常有幫助。在物質世界與非物質世界中，你們都有協助者。你們的個人團隊中有協助者，在整個人類的集體團隊中也有協助者。我們就在那個集體團隊中。我們這些揚升大師，是每個人的協助者，大天使們也是如此。在『人類隊伍』中，還有許多你們從未聽說過的整個非物質集體。因此請明白，你們有能力處理任何來到你們面前的事情，而且你們的高我（Higher Self）永遠不會給予你們超出你們所能承受的負擔。
同時也請明白，你們擁有協助；當你們需要更多協助時，你們就在召喚更多的協助。請記住我們所說的：協助永遠在被給予，從未被扣留。因此，你們請求的協助越多，透過我們為你們開啟的那些門戶所召喚來的協助也就越多。有時候，你們需要記住，為了能夠接收，你們需要放開緊握的拳頭。你們需要張開手掌才能接收。張開雙臂也很有幫助，開啟頂輪（Crown）同樣大有裨益。讓自己處於放鬆、敞開接收的姿態，讓自己對所有你們正祈求的、所召喚的以及即將到來的一切敞開，這樣，你們將會超越目前的人生處境和你們所面臨的當前挑戰。
並且，你們將透過那些具有挑戰性的境遇，向自己證明你們是多麼地強大。這就是你們成就這一切的方式。這並不是透過過著一種因為你太擅長創造實相，以至於事事都順你心意的生活來證明的——儘管你們確實也非常擅長創造自己的實相，而且你們可以環顧自己的人生來尋找這方面的證據。

Why Is All of This Happening? ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We open doorways for you, and we allow energies to move through those doorways. You need to choose to receive what is being offered to you. Nothing is ever being withheld, and nothing can ever be forced upon you. Now, when it comes to your lives, you do often wonder whether something was a part of your blueprint, a part of your setup, and your agreements before you incarnated. And if you are spiritually awake, then you know the only other option is that you created it for yourself through the offering of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and vibration.
If you find yourself questioning whether it is from column A or from column B, please consider the third option, which is that you thought it might be a very good possibility for you to have that experience, given your life circumstances and given the vibration you were born into. But you also always have free will, and so if you use your free will to continue to choose the same thoughts and beliefs and patterns of behavior as those who came before you, then something that you planned, in a sense, could come to fruition, even though it wasn’t chiseled in stone before you were born. There is always a third option, and oftentimes the third option is ‘both are true.’
And ultimately, it doesn’t matter why or how something came to fruition in your life experience; what matters is what you do with it. You have an expression on planet Earth, and that expression is that ‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.’ When you look at your current life conditions, you also have the option of making the most of those conditions. You have the option of saying to yourself, ‘Wow, I must be very advanced as a soul, or I would not have made it even possible for me to face such insurmountable odds as these. I must be a very powerful being.’
If you are facing enormous challenges in your life, then it certainly does behoove you to take that approach, and it also serves you to know that you have helpers all around you. You have helpers in the physical and in the non-physical. You have helpers on your team, and you have helpers on the collective team for humanity. We are on that collective team. We, who are ascended masters, are helpers for everyone, and so are the Archangels. There are entire groups of non-physical collectives that you’ve never heard of that are on Team Humanity, so know that you have the power to handle anything that comes your way, and your higher self is never giving you more than you can handle.
And also know that you have help, and when you need more help, you are summoning more help. And remember what we said: help is always being given and never withheld. Therefore, the more help you ask for, the more is being summoned through those doorways that we open for you. And sometimes you need to remember that in order to receive, you need an unclenched fist. You need an open palm in order to receive. Wide open arms also help. An open crown will also help. Put yourselves in relaxed positions of receptivity and open yourselves up to all that you are asking for, all that you have summoned, and all that is coming, and you will go beyond the current set of life circumstances and the current challenges that you face.
And you will demonstrate to yourselves how powerful you are through those challenging circumstances. That is how you do it. It is not through living a life where everything just goes your way all the time because you are so good at creating your reality, although you are also very good at creating your reality, and you can look around at your life for evidence of that.
