親愛的朋友們，親愛的女性們：
我是瑪利亞，母親能量的攜帶者。我是女性智慧的承載者，這份智慧正活在你們之內，並渴望被你們所認知。
在這個時代，女性智慧渴望以其最初的形態浮現，並在地球上顯化。她渴望在地球上扎根，為人們心中所受的陳年創傷帶來療癒。
這個世界有著如此多的苦難，而你們也感同身受；你們自己也在承受著痛苦。在大多數人的靈魂中，存在著一種疏離感，一種與真實之物的分離：那就是他們原始的光。你們在自己的內心深處體驗到了這種疏離；你們迷失了。你們與真實的自我、與光的源頭切斷了聯繫。你們走散了，至今仍在尋求找回自己的靈魂、自己的內在核心，來作為人生的指引。
你了解自己內在的苦難與分離；但與此同時，你的內心正有某種東西在甦醒。你的心中已經開啟了一趟「回家」的旅程。它點燃了光，讓你從中體驗到將自己的光與他人分享的衝動，並透過突破舊有的結構，來協助改變地球上的意識。恢復並流淌原始的女性智慧，絕對屬於這個過程的一部分。
你正走在讓內在走向完整的道路上，這是你個人的旅程。但與此同時，你也參與了一個更宏大的轉變過程——一場超越你個人的進化。你正在為這個伴隨許多陣痛的誕生過程提供協助。無論是作為個體還是群體，你都能夠減輕痛苦、緩解陣痛。這也可以透過「隱形」工作的形式來呈現，我指的是內在工作，因為當你將自己從恐懼的舊有模式和結構中解放出來時，你就為他人創造了一條通往意識覺醒的道路。你所做的工作在許多層面上都在發揮作用。
我現在請你意識到自己之內那個渴望為提升地球人類意識做出貢獻的部分。感受你心中那盞被這份靈感持續點燃的光芒之火。
感受你的光；將你的注意力移到心中那片空間，並保持臨在。尊重這團火焰；這是你贏得的。這是一道往往誕生於痛苦、掙扎與苦難之中的內在之光。這是屬於你的光！
它是獨一無二的，因為沒有人走過與你相同的道路。沒有任何人曾以完全相同的方式，體驗過你所經歷的一切。尊重你個人的道路，並為其承擔責任。去體驗你所走過的每一步是如何成就了現在的你，這也包括那些你認為是錯誤或走錯的方向。一切都為此時正在你之內綻放的光芒做出了貢獻。
感受你心中的光如何流經你的雙肩與後背，向下穿過你的腹部到達雙腿。感受這道光是多麼溫柔；它如何流經你的雙腳並與大地相連。地球歡迎你——你在這裡是非常受到歡迎的——你的光被看見了。此時此刻，女性能量的光是溫和且具療癒力的，但同時也是堅定的。它是穩固的，並且完全可以劃定界限。這股煥然一新的女性能量正植根於大地：那承受著你的核心。
女性能量曾被捲入與男性能量的戰鬥之中，這消耗了女性能量，並在一定程度上剝奪了它原本的力量。

我請你現在與這股在當前時代誕生、具有創新意義的女性能量進行連結。由於你自己的內在旅程，她已然存在於你的之內，但同時也有一股更宏大、宇宙性的心流正在地球的集體意識中運作，並在你承載她時給予你支持。
感受這股心流！她已經在地球上消失了很長一段時間，然而去感受你如何擁有這股具有連結、融通、理解且充滿慈悲的女性能量。但請不要忘記，她同時在劃定界限和為自己挺身而出時，依然保持著非常清晰的態度。
在當前這個療癒的時代，新的誕生——走向完整——是至關重要的。你透過遵循個人的內在道路以及你所做的工作，為這場誕生做出貢獻。在工作的領域中，這股新能量可以採取非常不同的形式。
沒有什麼是固定不變的；不存在一種總是適用的特定形式或結構。生命是充滿趣味且多才多藝的，這股能量也是如此。她熱愛地球！她不在上與下、天堂與地球之間做出人為的劃分。她擁有極大的自由。
重生後的女性能量也是一種喜悅的能量、享受生活的能量、感官享受與熱情的能量。感受這股熱愛生命的能量如何存在於你的腹部。這是好玩、享受與自發性的能量。這股能量同樣在地球上缺席了很久，但它是不可或缺的。
如果你不與自己之內那個想要生活、享受、並雙腳堅實踩在大地上的世俗（地球）部分連結，你就無法真正體驗到靈性。在你之內建立起那份連結。感受你的心與你的腹部，感受它們是屬於彼此的，並且渴望一起玩耍、一起流淌。它們不是彼此的敵人，也不是對立面；那是一種讓你無法真正綻放的陳舊批判。
擁抱你的情緒，包括那些所謂較低階的情緒（如憤怒或焦慮），並將它們視為生命遊戲中的夥伴。與你的情緒和熱情共處，你會看到一條為你展開的道路。你會看到靈性變得更加接地、更具泥土氣息，正因如此，它得以進入實相本真如是的樣貌。這是一種能夠走入人們鮮活內心的靈性。

Mother Mary: Female Wisdom

Dear friends, dear women,
I am Mary, the carrier of the mother energy. I am the bearer of a female wisdom that lives in you and wants to become known by you.
In this time, the female wisdom wants to emerge in its original form and manifest on Earth. She wants to become rooted on Earth and bring healing to old wounds which have been struck in the hearts of people.
There is so much suffering in this world and you share in that; you yourselves suffer. There is an alienation in the souls of most people, a separation from what is real: their original light. You experience this estrangement within yourselves; you have become lost. You have been split off from your true self, from the source of light. You have wandered off and are still seeking to recover your soul, your inner core, as a guide in your life.
You know the suffering and separation inside yourself; but, at the same time, there is something that awakens within you. There is already a coming Home in your heart. It has ignited the light from which you experience the impulse to share your light with others, to help change consciousness on Earth by breaking through old structures. The restoration and flowing of the original female wisdom most certainly belongs to that process.
You are on the road to becoming inwardly whole; that is your personal path. But at the same time, you take part in a larger process of transformation, an evolution that goes beyond just yourself. You provide assistance for the birthing process that knows many pangs. You are able to alleviate pain and ease the pangs, both individually and in groups. This can also take the form of “invisible” work, and by that I mean inner work, because as you free yourself from old patterns and structures of fear, you create a path toward consciousness for others. The work you do takes place on many levels.
I ask you to now become aware of the part in yourself that wants to contribute to raising awareness among the people on Earth. Feel the flame of light in your heart that is kept burning by this inspiration.
Feel your light; move your attention to that space in your heart and remain present there. Have respect for this flame; you have achieved it. It is an inner light that has often been born of pain, struggle, and suffering. It is your light!
It is unique in that no one has walked your path. No one else has experienced what you have lived through in exactly the same way. Honor your personal path and take responsibility for it. Experience that every step you have taken has contributed to who you are now, and that includes what you have perceived as mistakes or false turns. Everything has contributed to the light that is now unfolding within you.
Feel how the light in your heart flows throughout your shoulders and back, down through your abdomen to your legs. Feel how soft this light is; how it flows through your feet and connects with the Earth. The Earth welcomes you – you are so welcome here on Earth – your light is seen. The light of the female energy during this time is gentle and healing, and yet determined. It is firm and may well set limits. The renewed female energy is rooted in the Earth: the core of the one who bears you.
The female energy has been embroiled in a battle with the male energy, and this has exhausted the female energy and to some extent deprived it of its original power.
However, it is not intended at this time that the female energy does combat with the male. Rather, it is intended that the female energy rises above the old struggle, and with a great sense of dignity makes its own way in partnership with the male energy, while remaining very independent and autonomous as a self-directed carrier of wisdom in connection with the Earth.
I ask you to now connect with this innovative female energy, which is born at this time. She is present in you as a result of your own inner path, but there is a greater, universal flow as well that is working in the collective consciousness on Earth and supports you as you carry it.
Feel this flow! It has been absent from Earth for a long time, yet feel how you possess this female energy that is linking, connecting, understanding, and full of compassion. But do not forget that it remains at the same time very clear in setting boundaries and standing up for itself.
A new birth – becoming whole – is essential at this time of healing. You contribute to that birth by following your personal, inner path and also by the work that you do. In the area of work, this new energy can take very different forms.
Nothing is fixed; there is not one specific form or structure that always applies. Life is playful and versatile, and so is this energy. She loves the Earth! She makes no artificial distinction between upper and lower, between Heaven and Earth. She has great freedom.
The reborn female energy is also an energy of joy, of enjoying life, of sensuality and passion. Feel how this life-loving energy exists in your abdomen. It is the energy of fun, enjoyment, and spontaneity. That, too, has long been absent from Earth, but it is indispensable.
You cannot really experience spirituality without connecting to the earthly part in yourself that wants to live, enjoy, and stand with both feet firmly on the ground. Make that connection in yourself. Feel your heart and your abdomen, and feel that they belong together and want to play and flow together. They are not each other’s enemies, they are not opposites; that is an old judgment that holds you back from really flowering.
Embrace your emotions, including the so-called lower ones such as anger or anxiety, and think of them as fellow players in the game of life. Work with your emotions and passions, and you will see that there is a path that unfolds for you. You will see that spirituality becomes earthier and, precisely because of that, gains access to reality as it truly is. This is a spirituality that can enter into the living heart of people.
