我們經常鼓勵你們向內尋求所渴望的一切。然而，我們也希望你們明白，你們確實擁有看似來自『外在』的協助，因為你們渴望體驗一個具備互動性的宇宙。因此，儘管實相確實發生在你的內在，你依然能享受到來自上方、來自更高密度與維度平面的益處。當你睜開雙眼並傾聽時，你會從各種跡象、符號與共時性（Synchronicity）中獲得訊息。
請傾聽那些徵兆，尋找那些引導，並知曉它們始終存在，且源源不絕地從各種角度與意識存有那裡傳來。他人也會同意為你扮演某種角色，成為傳遞特定共時性或建議的媒介。你依然可以將其視為來自於你、來自你的高階心智或高我，因為你無時無刻不在創造你的實相。
作為源頭能量的一個面向，你會動用手頭上的一切資源，包括動物、風，以及任何在無知者眼中看似隨機的一切。但你深知真相：你可以期待從各種地方接收各種訊息，因為在你與外在世界之間，不存在分離，也不存在斷連。
你永遠會得到你確切所需的東西。你會利用任何必要的跡象、符號、共時性或不期而遇，好讓靈感的燈泡在你的頂輪上方亮起。因此，在向內探索的同時，也要觀察周遭發生的一切。萬事萬物中都蘊含著訊息，而且那訊息正是為你而來。
當你接收到這些訊息時，你也必須去分析它。你必須決定它對你而言意味著什麼，並運用你的內在感受來做出判斷，將其轉化為對你有用的指引。接著，你必須信任自己對所獲資訊的解讀——這是整個過程極其重要的一環。
你做得到，而且你可以確信你所獲得的訊息不僅是真實的，更是由『你』為了『你自己』而安置在那裡的，好讓你最終能做出那樣的解讀。這份傳訊旨在讓你深信：你永不孤單、永不分離，且時刻都有援軍。請敞開一點心扉去接納這一切，並發現這個看似混亂的宇宙，實則是多麼井然有序。

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We do often encourage you to look within yourselves for what you are seeking to find. However, we also want you to know that you do have help that seems to be coming from outside of you, because you wanted to have an experience with an interactive universe. And so, while everything really is happening inside of you, you do get the benefit of help from above, from higher densities, higher dimensional planes. And you get messages from all kinds of signs, symbols and synchronicities that come to you when you have your eyes open and when you are listening as well.
Listen for the signs, look for the guidance, and know that it is always there, always coming from a multitude of angles and beings of consciousness. Other people will agree to play the role for you of the delivery method for a particular synchronicity or a particular bit of advice. You can still see that as coming from you, from your higher mind, your higher self, because you are creating your reality all the time.
And you, as an aspect of Source Energy, will use everything that you have at your disposal, including animals, including the wind, including everything and anything that might seem random to someone who doesn’t know better. You know better and know that you can expect to receive all kinds of messages from all kinds of places, because there is no separation and there is no disconnect from that which is you and that which is the outside world.
You are always getting exactly what you need, and you will use whatever signs, symbols, synchronicities, serendipitous encounters, that you need in order for that light bulb to go off above the crown of your head. So go within and also observe what is happening all around you. There is a message within everything, and the message is for you. Now, when you receive one of these messages, you also then have to analyze it. You must determine what it means for you, and you use what is inside of you to make those determinations, to translate it into something that is useful for you. You must then trust what your interpretations are of what you’re getting. That’s a big part of the process as well.
You can do it, and you can trust what you are getting is not only real but was also placed there by you for you, so that you would make the interpretation that you ultimately make. This message is meant to convince you that you are never disconnected, and you are never separate and you have help coming to you at all times. Let some of it in and discover how organized the seemingly-chaotic universe really is.
