這份覺知是關於：你現在就站在帷幕的另一邊。當你越是開始認為自己已經身處帷幕之外，你就越不再受控於這個『矩陣（Matrix）』。是的，就像你在冥想中可以跨越帷幕，覺察到另一端的實相，並回頭觀看第三維度的種種發生一樣；在日常生活中，你同樣可以做到這一點。這正是你們每個人正在經歷的過程。你們聽說過要放下執著、放下程式設定。
當你起心動念想要這麼做時，你就在實踐它。請思考這一點：就在你思考這個過程的當下，你已經在做了。
當你越理解這一點，這份理解就會轉化為信念；當信念在你內在紮根，它最終會昇華為一種『確信（Knowing）』。一旦你進入了『確信』的狀態，對於你個人而言，這場（被操控的）遊戲就結束了。隨著越來越多人意識到自己也擁有這份力量——那份選擇自己想要的生活、不再被控制的力量——整體的振動頻率將持續大幅攀升。
越來越多的人將能夠承載這股攀升的頻率。當更多人能負荷這股能量時，集體意識就會提升；而集體意識的提升，又會反過來拉高頻率，循環往復，生生不息。
隨著這個過程的不斷演進，越來越多的人會踏上帷幕的另一端。最終在某個時刻，你們都會意識到：從頭到尾，根本就沒有什麼『帷幕』存在。 就像電影《駭客任務》中所說的：『根本沒有湯匙。』湯匙之所以能被彎曲，是因為它本就不存在；你之所以能穿透帷幕，是因為它從未在那裡。只有『程式設定』創造了那層幻象。

當你越意識到這一點，你就越能再次成為自由且具備主權的存有——這正是你在這顆星球上本該擁有的模樣。因此，請放下所有的程式設定，回歸內在的合一，去體現你內在的潛力與深藏的力量。
要喚醒這股力量，你只需要相信自己可以。這股力量始終在你之內，從未離開。你們每個人內在都存在著『神聖臨在（God-presence）』。當你體悟並成為那份臨在，作為一個集體，將沒有任何事物能阻擋你們。屆時，那些企圖控制這顆星球人口的人將徹底明白，他們再也無法得逞。人類，將獲得真正的自由。

Sananda: A Major Domino is About to Fall

I am Sananda,
I come to be with you at this time. In this time that you are approaching now, you’ve heard of many changes that are coming. But those changes are right here now. You are in the midst of them. And there is about to be some major changes that are going to, in a sense, shock the world. This is not about bringing fear, it is about bringing knowing, it is about bringing awareness.
Awareness that you are on the other side of the veil. The more that you begin to think about yourself as on the other side of the veil, now. You are not within the matrix, any longer. Yes, just as you can be on the other side of the veil in your meditation and be aware of the other side, the third dimensional side and all the happenings that are going on. Just as you can do that in your meditation, you can do that in your daily lives as well. That is what you are all in the process of doing. You hear about letting go of the attachments.
You hear about letting go of programming more and more. That is what you are doing, whenever you think about doing that, you are doing it. Think about that. In the process of thinking about it, you are doing it.
And the more and more you come to understand that, the more it becomes a belief, the more it becomes a belief within you, it turns into a knowing. And once it’s a knowing; in a sense, the game is over for you as an individual. And as more and more people realize that they have that power as well. Power to choose whatever that is they want in their lives and not be controlled, no longer. As more people realize that, and the vibrational frequency will continue to increase even more and more.
More and more people will be able to handle that increasing frequency and as more and more people are able to handle that frequency, consciousness, collective consciousness increases. And as consciousness collective increases, so too does the vibrational frequency, and so on, and so on.
The more and more this happens, the more people step on to the other side of the veil. And at some point, you all begin to realize that there was never a veil there to begin with, or in the movie The Matrix, there is no spoon, never was. The reason it can be bent is because it wasn’t there to begin with. The reason you can move through the veil is because it was never there to begin with. Only programming has created that veil.
And the more you realize that, the more you will become free and sovereign beings once again. What you were meant to be here on this planet. So let go of all of the programming, become one within yourself and realize the potential within you and the power that resides deep within you.
All you need to do to bring it up, is to believe that you can. You have the power within you, always have always will. You are the God-presence within each and every one of you. So realize that become that and then nothing can stop you as a collective. Then once and for all, those that have attempted to control the population of the planet will have finally realized they can no longer do so. And the population, the people, will be free.
I am Sananda and I leave you now in peace and love and oneness. And that you do realize at this point right now, that something major is about to happen; cannot say exactly what that is, but know that when it happens, that will very likely be the major domino that you have all been waiting for, to fall.
