人類常會用一種方式來逃避『自己是現實創造者』的真相，那就是看著生活現狀說：『我絕對不可能創造出這種境遇。』但有時候，真相是你正以一種無意識的方式在進行創造。雖然你並非刻意製造挑戰，但你透過日常不斷餵養的言語、思想、信念、行動與感受，依然在形塑你的現實。通常，那些你不想要的挑戰，往往是你過往思緒與感受的迴聲。
✨ 從挑戰中看見成長的契機
當你找出了兩者之間的連結，你便能認出這確實是你的作品，只是你在參與創作時並未察覺。那麼，你要如何從挑戰中獲得成長呢？
你要去尋找其中蘊含的成長機會。去看看你有什麼地方可以改變——也許是你的想法，也許是你沈溺已久的情緒。首先，請接納你所創造的一切，如其所是；接著，請帶著好奇心問自己：『這份境遇是如何在成就我？』、『我該如何透過這一切來成長？』
因為你正在成長，且你有能力做到。當你跨越之後回首，你會發現這份挑戰其實是一份偽裝的祝福。它在那些你未曾料到的地方給予了協助：它助你變得更完整、與某事達成和解、放下一段執念，或是修復了一段關係。你們總是為自己呈現各種方式，好跨越當前的限制，而當你做得越自覺，那份感受就會越美好。
🌟 自覺地挑戰自我，而非被動受試
與其等待被生活的意外『偷襲』——畢竟沒有人喜歡那種措手不及的感覺——不如主動地、自覺地挑戰自己。
去挑戰自己成為一個更真實的人，去愛得更無條件，去更深地感受那份合一意識，去實踐那個真實的自己。挑戰自己成為一個更好的伴侶、更好的家人、更好的公民，甚至是更好的員工。當你主動迎接這些成長，你就無需再被突如其來的逆境所驚嚇。
請尋找生命中此時此刻正為你開啟的門戶，去擴張、去進化，在肉身之中活出更多『源頭能量』的本質。當你依循這些機會採取行動，你會感受到力量重新回到了手中，而不再像個受害者。你會真切地感受到自己就是現實的創造者，因為你正張開雙眼、敞開雙臂，迎接這一切。
你們都在成長，都在進化。這只是關於『如何進行』與『何時開始』的問題。親愛的，你可以選擇帶著喜悅去完成這一切。我們知道你做得到，我們也見證了你們當中許多人正以此方式生活。無論你選擇哪條路，我們都將全心全意地守護著你。

Are All Challenges Chosen Prior to Birth? ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters
“We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We understand that at times in your lives, you feel that the challenges in front of you are challenges you never would have chosen. And it is true that the ‘you’ that you are in that very moment would not consciously choose that challenge or those challenges. But as a soul, you see the bigger picture, and you can see how the little you is going to grow, expand, evolve, and become more of the true self by meeting that challenge.
This is one of the ways people try to talk themselves out of the truth that they are the creator of their reality. It is by looking at their reality and saying, ‘There’s no way I would create this.’ Sometimes, it is also true that you are creating in a very unconscious way. You are not deliberately creating the challenge, but you are creating it nonetheless through the words, thoughts, beliefs, actions, and feelings that you are regularly entertaining in your being-ness. Usually, the challenge you are facing that is unwanted will echo back to those thoughts, words, actions, beliefs, and feelings.
And when you find the connection between them, then you can recognize that this was a creation of yours and one that you took part in without realizing you were doing it. Now how do you grow from the challenge? You look for the opportunity for growth. You look for an opportunity to change something about yourself, something you’re thinking, something you’ve been feeling. You start by accepting your own creation as it is, and then you wonder, ‘How does this serve me?’ ‘How am I supposed to grow through this?’
Because you are and because you can, and when you do, you can look back at the challenge and see it as a blessing because it helped you in ways that you weren’t looking to be helped. It helped you to grow, to become, to make peace with something, to let go of something, to repair a relationship. There are all kinds of ways that you all present yourselves with to move beyond where you currently are, and the more consciously you do it, the better it will feel.
So what you want to do is to challenge yourselves consciously to become more of who you really are, to love more unconditionally, to feel more of that unity consciousness, that truth of who you really are. You want to challenge yourself to become a better person, a better partner, a better family member to your family members, And, yes, perhaps even a better employee, a better citizen, because those challenges will be met without you having to be blindsided by something, and no one likes to be blindsided.
Look for the opportunities that are in your life right now for growth, for expansion, to become, in the flesh, more of the Source Energy being that you are. And you will find those opportunities. And when you act upon them, you will feel more empowered and less like a victim. You will feel that you are the creator of your reality because you will have faced the challenge with your eyes and arms wide open. You are all growing, evolving, and expanding. It’s just a question of how and when, and you can do it joyously. We know that you can, and we know that some of you do, and you have our full support either way.
