在你們的生活中，我們看見了大師品質正以各種不同的方式顯現。我們看見你們精通了某些技巧與能力，而對我們來說，你投入於精進任何事物的每一個瞬間，本質上都是極其『靈性』的。我們邀請你也以同樣的視角看待自己，因為你是一個正在體驗物質實相的靈性存在。你不需要超越物質、或是昇華至物質之上才能稱之為靈性；你本就是靈魂，你正運用專注於物理實相的能力，為了更純粹、更完整、更全然地認出你真實的模樣。
因此，任何形式的精通與熟練，都需要靈魂的參與。它需要專注力。或許你並不認為自己擁有的種種技能足以代表『靈性的精通』，但若能開始朝這個方向思考，將對你大有裨益。
🔑 掌握一切的同一個機制
理由在於，如果你能承認自己已經精通了「某件事」，那麼你就能承認自己可以精通「一切」。這背後的機制是相同的，你運用的都是同一個工具——專注——來帶領自己抵達大師的境界。
如果你告訴自己，學會繫鞋帶比掌握自己的思想與情緒更容易，那麼你就會體驗到那樣的現實。但如果你能認出，你在任何物質努力上的成就，都在向你揭示：你絕對有能力主宰自己的能量、內在狀態與振動頻率，那麼你就能開始從那些已達成的人生大師成就中獲益。
🌟 找回那雙驚奇的雙眼
試著透過一個尚未學會任何事的小孩的雙眼，來看待你現在做得很好的一切——哪怕只是疊衣服、做晚餐或刷牙。你們是大師，且持續在向自己展示這份大師風範。然而，若缺乏對這份能力的**『認可』**，若不運用這份成就來支撐對自己的信心，它就無法帶領你走向更遠的遠方。
所以，我們建議你開始環顧生活，認出那些你曾經並不擅長、如今卻能完美執行的事情。正是因為你曾如此渴望掌握那項任務，你才得以做到；是因為你持之以恆、不斷嘗試，才抵達了今天的境地。這就是為什麼在那個領域裡，你可以稱自己為大師。
⏳ 點滴累積，通往非物質的精通
在面對靈性修持，以及主宰你的思想、情緒、信念，乃至最終的言行時，道理也是一樣的。你正一點一滴地、日復一日、在每個當下抵達那裡。
若你對自己誠實，你會發現，在你過往大部分的人生中，你並未尋求這些深奧領域的精通，而是致力於物質世界的掌握——而你也確實做到了。現在，你也會對那些非物質、那些神祕而深奧的領域做到同樣的程度。當你慶祝自己的進步，並為持續前行的事實感到歡喜時，你將能更快地抵達那目標，抵達你所追尋的靈性大師之境。

The Ascended Masters Invite You ∞Thymus
“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We see your mastery as showing up in a variety of ways in your lives. We see you as mastering certain skills and abilities, and we see every moment that you spend in mastery of anything as spiritual. We invite you to do the same, because you are a spirit having an experience of a physical reality. You do not need to transcend the physical, to rise above it, in order to be spiritual. You already are spirit, and you are using your ability to focus into a physical reality in order to know yourselves more purely, more fully, and more totally as you truly are. Therefore, any type of mastery requires spirit. It requires focus, and while you may not consider various skills that you have to be representative of spiritual mastery, it really would serve you to start to think along those lines.
The reason being that if you can acknowledge that you have mastered anything, then you can acknowledge that you can master everything. It is the same mechanism, and you are using the same tool of focus in order to get yourself to a place of mastery. If you tell yourself that it is easier to master tying your shoes than it is to master your thoughts and emotions, then that is the type of reality you will experience. But if you recognize that your mastery over any and all physical endeavors shows you that you have the ability to master your energy, your state of being, and your vibration, then you can start to benefit from the mastery you have already attained in your lives.
Look at anything that you can do and do well through the eyes of a child who has not yet learned to master anything, including folding laundry, making dinner, brushing their teeth. You are masters, and you continue to show yourselves how masterful you are. But without the acknowledgement of that mastery, without you using your mastery to bolster your belief in yourself, it is not getting you nearly as far as it could. So we advise you to start looking around at your life and recognizing that you once were not so good at something that you now do flawlessly. And it is because you really wanted to master that task that you were able to do so. It is because you stuck to it and continued to do what you needed to do until you got to the place where you are today. That is the reason why you can consider yourself masterful in that regard.
That’s all you have to do when it comes to your spirituality and mastery over your thoughts, your emotions, your beliefs, and ultimately your actions and words. You are getting there, little by little, day by day, moment by moment. If you are being honest with yourselves, you didn’t seek mastery over those more esoteric things for most of your lives, and you did seek mastery over the physical, and you have mastered many physical endeavors and actions, and you will do the same with that which is nonphysical, that which is esoteric. When you celebrate your progress and the fact that you continue to move forward, then you get to that goal, you get to that level of spiritual mastery that you seek all the faster.
