「祝福，親愛的，我是大天使烏列爾。
是的，我帶著我的火炬而來——那是一支閃耀著銀色光芒的火炬。它的火焰溫潤而細微，卻能悄然點亮陰影，為黑暗籠罩之處覆上一層柔和的光華。
親愛的，我此刻來到你身邊，是為了與你一同『內觀』。當我們觀察內在時，我們需要保持一點點距離。
所以，我現在邀請你，試著稍微抽離一些，站在你身體的近旁。讓我們拿起這道銀光，一同探尋內在那些已準備好被揭示的真相。
🕯️ 隱藏在陰影下的光
每個人所揭示的真相或許各異，但其中往往有著相似的主題。
或許，深藏在你內心的是對『未知』的恐懼；或許是家族關係未如預期的那份落寞；又或者是覺得自己不夠成功、未達標竿的挫敗，以及那些隱隱作痛的灰心與沮喪。
這份名單可以一直列下去，不是嗎？或許許多人也正沉溺其中。但我請求你，請借用我的銀色火焰，去照亮任何阻礙你認清『真實自我』的事物。因為，你本身就是光。
這正是你在宇宙中所被認知的模樣。是的，我們能看見你內在那些遮蔽了光芒的暗點。
✨ 釋放被壓縮的能量
現在，請將這些陰暗處想像成『被壓縮的光』。那些光之所以無法釋放，是因為它被困在了舊有的思想、行為、感受、憂慮與灰心中。我邀請你在此刻投射這道銀光；當光芒照入，那些久藏的黑暗便能轉化，再次燦爛地綻放。
我之所以請你站在身體的身側，是為了讓你成為一個觀察者。如此一來，你便能只是注視，而不會被捲入那些情緒的漩渦。一旦光重獲自由，你便能全然地回歸自心，去細細品味、吸收那份光，並在喜悅中與之合一。這難道不值得我們一同慶祝嗎？
🌏 將銀色火炬遞向世界
你可以將這支銀色火炬運用在其他地方嗎？當然可以。
如果你看見某個國家正在掙扎，看見那裡的人民在哀號，請退後一步，讓我的銀色火炬為你指引那些已準備好被釋放的角落，讓那裡被壓縮的光芒破繭而出。
這一切就是這麼簡單。
生命從來不該是複雜的，唯有人類讓它變得如此。而我們所有人的喜悅，便是來到你們身邊，帶來這些洞見。
我就要離去了。我將這支銀色火焰的火炬留給你們。
你可以想像自己正高舉著它，如同奧運會上的運動員那樣意氣風發——因為，這正是你所擁有的力量。

Greetings, I am AAUriel, Yuriel. Yes, I come with my torch, my silver torch and yes it is a subtle flame. It slightly lights up the shadows, it brings a glow.
For when we look within, beloveds, for that is why I am here with you now, we look at it from a little bit of a distance.
So I ask you now to just stand aside a little bit, stand a little bit outside of your body and let us take this Light and let us look within of what is ready to be revealed.
Now each of you will have your own revealment, but there are many themes that are the same.
Perhaps hidden inside thee is a fear of the unknown. Or perhaps what is hidden inside of thee is a sadness that family is not what you always hoped it to be. Or perhaps hidden inside is a feeling of not being successful enough, of not meeting the mark or feelings of discouragement, feelings of frustration.
The list could go on and on, could it not? And perhaps many do that, but what I am asking of thee, that you use my silver flame to shed Light on whatever is holding you back from seeing who you truly are. For you are of Light.
This is how you are known throughout the universe and yes, we see when there are these dark spots within you that covers up your Light.
Now you may think of these dark places just as Light that is compressed, that there is Light not been able to release because it has been stuck inside of thoughts, of actions of feelings, of worries, of discouragement. I ask you now to shine this Light and when you shine the Light, the Light that has been hidden may now shine brightly.
Why do I ask you to stand aside of your body? So you may just watch it, so you may just observe it and not be pulled into it. Once the Light is free, then yes, you may go completely back in and relish it, absorb it, be in Joy with it. And so we celebrate, do we not.
Now, may you use this silver torch in other areas? Yes. If you see a country is struggling and the people are crying out, step aside, let my silver torch show you the pockets, the areas, that are ready to be released and the compressed Light will shine forth.
It is as simple as that.
It was never meant to be complicated. It is only humans that have made it so.
But it is our Joy, all of us, to come and bring you these understandings.
So I leave you, I leave you with my torch, my torch of the silver flame.
You can think of yourself as holding it like an athlete at the Olympics for that is the power that you have.
